I went in for my appointment and when I went up to the check in window the woman at the front desk very rudely told me that my appointment was earlier in the week and that Id have to reschedule. I told her she was incorrect but she insisted that she was right show I showed her the card that the office had sent me in the mail reminding me of my appointment which had the current date printed on it. She didnt apologize and stated that sometimes they enter it into the computer wrong which sound like a load of crap to me since Ive been going to ob/gyns since I was 17 and never had something like that happen. Anyways, my appointment was at 10 am and I had to wait until 12 pm to get back to the exam room. I waited in the room for another hour and a half when I finally got fed up and got dressed so I could find out what was going on. I walked out of the room and saw the NP standing at the front desk just talking and gossiping with the nurse at the front. I asked her how much longer I would have to wait and she was very rude to me as well and told me it would be a few more minutes. Finally another 10 minutes later she came in and did the exam. She told me someone would call me by the end of the week with my test results and no one ever called. I had to call and leave a message in order to get someone to give me my results. This was the first and LAST time I will ever go there. I now drive over two hours to see my usual ob in my hometown.

I love lisa hendricks and pat. Very knowledgeable. Kind ,sweet ,proactive in finding out whats wrong or trying to fix whats wrong.only reason I didnt give 5 stars was it takes 4ever to get in to her because of her workload and even worse is the front desk staff. the front staff is the first people you see they are very rude all the time. they act like youre bothering them. Is she had caring staff up front i wouldnt mind waiting a month to get in.

Dr. Hendricks in my opinion is the best obgyn doctor we have in Michigan city. Shes not like most of these doctors who just prescribe medication and send u home. She listens to your problems and she finds the cause of the issue and if it takes several different test she will do what is necessary to help u live a happy healthy life. So thank u Dr. Hendricks cause u say what two other doctor didnt.

My delivery was complicated with my baby having the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck upon delivery and preceded to hemorrhage afterwards and I was impressed with the skill and speed she was able to get the bleeding controlled. She was very efficient and had a great bedside manner answering all my questions and those of my guests
