The Staff at this practice are always kind, helpful and compassionate, not to mention friendly!! I have been seeing Dr. Gomez for over 8 years now and have never had such a great PCP!! She is so thorough and wont quit until a diagnosis is made. She is the best physician that I have ever had and her friendliness, compassion and manner are nothing but professional. I feel totally at ease when seeing her and can talk to her about absolutely anything!! If she needs to spend extra time with me, she always does. I leave knowing that I will have an answer to whatever issue Im seeing her about in just a few short hours to a few short days, depending on whether there are tests that I have to go through outside her office. She is absolutely that best and I have personally recommended her to my family and friends, several of whom are now patients of hers and have been for several years. Her communication is perfect. I have never had a doctor take the time to call me to find out how Im feeling or talk to me about test results, treatments, etc. Shes No. 1 in my book and shes stuck with me..... :)

Dr Vargas impressed me the moment he started speaking. I have RA, Fibro, and other issues that regular drs normally just ignore & let the other Drs take care of it. But, DR Vargas was incredibly knowledgable about my conditions. I could tell immediately that he did a lot of reading on his own, and attended seminars. Considering DRs are already busy, & extra work & trips take time away from family, I was highly impressed with the extra time he spent learning about DXs in his practice. Not only that, but, he used VA terms during our meeting, so I knew he was familiar with military injuries also. I never expect a DR to know everything, but, trust me, DR Vargas is smarter than the average bear. Over the years, I have learned to look for 5 things in a DR. I call them the 5Cs of good care; Comprehension, Competence, Confidence, Curiosity, and Compassion. I have seen many DRs who have only 3 or even only 1. DR Vargas has all 5. I will be back to see him again. I am proud to call him my PCP.

Rob Quinn has been my doctor for about 3 years. On my first visit, he insisted that I take an ultrasound test for plaque in the arteries. As a runner with good nutrition, I thought it impossible that there would be any problem but the test showed plaque build-up and was still building. As a result of the medication prescribed, the plaque has had no further growth, thereby saving me from a sure heart attack and/or stroke. Further, at the first sign of some digestive distress and discomfort last fall, I spoke to him about an appointment and he directed me to come the next morning at 7:30 on his day off to check it out. Result was finding colon cancer at early stages and surgery cleared it up without further treatment. Needless to say, I owe much of my health and life expectancy to his skill and caring manner. I just got a Silver Medal in the National Senior Olympics in the 400 meter event early in June. Very thankful and happy to say the least.

Dr Mac is awesome.personally I have never been a fan of going to the dr. never really had one that took the time to explain anything and so on....UNTIL DR MAC! All drs should learn from him and the world would be a better place. Not only is he just an awesome human being he is very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to get to know me and my issue. He really cares about his patients, not the wham bam heres a pill see you in 2 weeks typical bs.It took me a bit to get my first appointment and now I see why. I cant say anything negative because there just isnt anything. I never wait more than 15 or 20 minutes for an appointment and I am usually in and out within one hour, and its not because Im waiting! His staff is just is just as friendly and professional! You wont be disappointed.

I have had some bad experiences with doctors in the past so I wasnt excited to go to the doctor. I went to see Dr. Lickey the other day as a new patient. I barely waited to go back. The nurse was the nicest person on the planet and she read and clarified everything I wrote on my health history. Then the doctor spent nearly an hour with me in my room getting to know me and my health info. It impressed me how thorough he was and really seemed to care. I had to get an MRI for some things and they scored me an appointment that day! Not only that but the doctor personally called me with the results that evening. After having some bad experiences in the past, it wouldnt have taken much to impress me, but they blew me away. I will for sure be going back and will refer everyone I know to them.

John Shaw. He gets five stars but put 3 for Sterling because I had bad experience this week w/weird confusion re: Dr. Shaw - I called due to notice in mail that he was leaving practice & letter made it sound like he wanted me to stay at Sterling. The person I talked to didnt really help matters but finally got it cleared up. Dr. Shaw is leaving Sterling & going to his own practice & all his old patients get to go w/him so happy about that. Cant imagine a patient of his NOT going w/him. All you have to do is Google reviews of Dr. Shaw & see how pts are devoted to him. Not sure why the letter was written so poorly, but happy to find out hell be a few blocks away & all will essentially remain the same including taking my insurance, Blue Cross.

I first leaned of the Centennial Office of Sterling Primary Care when my doctors practice split with most of its physicians relocating to Murfreesboro and my doctor relocating to the Sterling office. The staff at the facility are friendly and courteous. The waiting and restrooms are clean. Unlike my doctors previous facility, this office includes a lab on its premises. Finally, Dr. Robert Jamieson is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to listen to my suggestions. My only complaint about the facility is the size of the waiting area. However, Dr. Jamieson makes all my appointment excluding walk-ins prior to 8:00 am thereby remedying the large waiting room situation.

I have been trying, for the last 2 years to find a good doctor. My friend has been after me to try Dr Sanders. He has been her Dr for 20 years. Finally, I went to see them. I must say, I have NEVER been treated with such care and kindness in my life. I live in Tullahoma and it will be nearly a 2 hour drive to see them, but I truly believe it is worth it. Alyssa took a lot of time to listen and gave me different meds. I have suffered for untold years with heartburn. She gave me a new med and I have had NO heartburn since. I am laughing and telling everyone, "its a miracle". I am impressed beyond belief with this practice and will be a patient until I cannot drive any longer.
