HORRIBLE customer service- they were rude and very UNHELPFUL. FIRST OFF, let me mention that Ive been to this office SEVERAL times already within the past few years and have referred several people here. I enjoyed their services (I always got the medical massages offered). Even despite getting the vibe that this medical office is "money hungry" and snooty, I went anyways. Even my friend who referred me to this clinic mentioned he stopped going because the services and quality were lacking but I thought well.. actually who knows what I was thinking! The situation that occurred.. They began offering groupons for their massages. $29 for a fantastic massage thats typically $75?! Thats a GREAT deal! BOTH my fiancé and I purchased them. Fast forward to today- the day my appointment is scheduled for, I had a BAD feeling they werent going to honor it despite the fact the expiration was 2/27/2013. I called an hour before my massage and told the receptionists I had a groupon and that I wanted to confirm that with her. She said, "YES, WE TAKE GROUPONS." Great. Less than 20 min later a get a call from the office from another lady and she says, "Im sorry maam. We no longer accept groupon." Im perplexed. It has your clinic listed. Your number listed. Its BEFORE the expiration. The reception said you guys did. Then she said it was only for new patients- which no where on there (even in the fine print) did it say that on the groupon. Apparently, because they werent making any money off of it (which they stated themselves. They made it a point to say that they got NOTHING out of honoring the groupons) they decided to stop honoring it TWO WEEKS AGO. How unprofessional is that?! It goes beyond my appointment. Im not the only person this has happened too. Then I asked for a refund and she tells me that we dont give refunds unless we perform the service. Well how are you going to do that if you dont honor the groupon?! They couldnt even speak English correctly. WELL, then I speak to the manager. NOT only was she rude- how and what she said to me, her tone was belittling, she didnt listen to the problem and cant talking OVEr me, THE CUSTOMER, saying that "...you didnt understand and let me explain it to you since you dont get it". Im sorry. I thought GOOD customer service was to DEESCALATE the situation- not ESCALATE it. THEN I catch the woman in a several lies. One, she said because they are short staffed that theres no one there to give me a massage and they were backed up and busy trying to honor all the groupons to make their clients happy. Then she tells me, "well, theres no body here to give you a massage anyways. The therapists went home sick." WHAT?!? Then HOW did you confirm my appointment 30 min prior to this conversation?! I can ONLY assume its because I purchased the damn groupon. I WILL NEVER return to this place again and will tell EVERYONE HOW HORRIBLE this place is. They really are a money greedy, lying, UNPROFESSIONAL business. This is an UPDATE: FUNNY their response is a LIE. This whole conversation was by PHONE. If you even read the review, it states that as well. Horrible business. Im convinced the other reviews are fake.

This review is my personal experience with Dr. Adorable and spinal decompression therapy for spinal injuries that normal doctors would say you need surgery to fix. Ive been struggling with sciatic nerve pain for the past 5 months from a 4.0mm disk bulge in my lower spine, the pain has been almost constant and has pretty much been an everyday, every minute, accurance. I decided to take action and see someone who might be able to help. A quick Google search of nearest chiropractor and I found this place with Dr. Adorable. Ive been seeing him for two weeks for spinal adjustments, and after going two weeks without noticing much of a difference in pain, I decided to get an MRI done. This is when I discovered that I had my disk 4.0mm bulge in my lower back. Normally, at this size, surgery is recommended to fix the pain. But Dr adorable suggested to me a 24 sessions decompression therapy that could potentially heal my spine without the need of surgery; which would entail all the complications and scar tissue that comes with it. So far I have received 4 out of my 24 sessions of spinal decompression therapy and I honestly cannot believe how effective it really is. I was sceptical at first because I had bought and inversion table prior to the treatments thinking it would help, and in concept they are similar, but in practice they couldnt be any more different. Where in decompression therapy, youre laying down in a relaxed state where the machine your hooked up to lightly pulls and releases over a gradual amount of time allowing your disks to straighten out. This allows the nutrients and water to flow back into your disks which are undoubtedly suffering. As for and inversion table, you are hanging upside down which in theory, would help decompress your spine. But does it? Not really. Instead, your core muscles tighten and hold their positions due to the extreme amount of resistance your spine has while upside down. This actually prevents your spine to relax up and stretch apart, which is the most important part of healing your injuries. Ive gone two days now without pain over the weekend since starting therapy, and has been the first time in 5 months I have not needed to take medication for the pain. I am outworldly impressed with the results with only the 4 out of 24 sessions Ive had. I am incredibly optimistic and positive this is the treatment for most spinal injuries for future to come. The results have been incredible, and theres no need to potentially risk your future getting your spine cut into. TLDR: Spinal decompression therapy has worked wonders and Dr. Adorable has been an amazing friend who has helped my spine and I feel whole lot healthier. 10/10 highly recommend this therapy over surgery. Like any major decision making in your lives, please make sure to research your options and decide whats best for you.

Dr. Rey is the best! He is very knowledgeable and friendly and is genuinely concerned for your health. Hes been my chiropractor for a few years now and has helped me alot. I went through some serious personal problems that affected my health and he was right there, helping me and helping my body to get through it. He warned me that my heart was in danger and for me to get lots of rest and take the right supplements, which I did. Thanks to him I am better, but hes still working with me to get really better and back to good health. His cleansing diet was really good for me and I felt sooo much better at the end of it. Everyone in the world should go through this diet! Whatevers wrong with you will get better, if not go away. Its supernutrition and rest. Not hard to follow, either. But he also administered a test to find out if my arteries had any buildup. It was cheap, quick, and painless. He found a slight buildup, and has a remedy for that too, with all- natural supplements, not drugs. He knows what supplements will help whatever your problem may be. He is not just interested in giving you chiropractic adjustments but he is really interested in helping you get your health to an optimal level. He will follow through with you and will listen to what you and to your body are saying. He is even certified in acupuncture! He does health testing of all kinds - noninvasive. He is a wellness healer in many ways. You should give him a try - hes so friendly and knowledgeable, and he will really help you. He sure has helped me!
