I got into a very bad car accident and had to go to physical therapy for my neck. My first day as a patient at Carrollton Injury Rehab was probably the best First experience I have had at any doctors office. I was greeted very nicely by the front desk girl and the doctors. The process of the first visit went by quickly and the staff did their job effortlessly. They really shared a caring nurture to my needs, emotions and above all my injuries. When I cried out of frustration on exercises they were extremely patient and caring. Dr. Ortiz adjusted my neck at the end of treatment and it was an AUTOMATIC relief of the pain I had been having in my neck, which I was So thankful for. My next visit, there was a new doctor, Dr. Boeke. He was very kind and funny! Every visit I have had at this office has been nothing but wonderful! Even though I have missed some appointments unwillingly due to my schedule, I still got and continue to get consistent follow ups from the Doctor and his staff to insure my health is up to par. I also have had so much paperwork needed from the Doctor and his staff needed in order to receive my Short Term Disability at work. David Long, the partner at Carrollton Injury Rehab has helped me SO much with getting all of my paperwork completed and sent over correctly. I wouldnt choose any other Injury Rehab or Chiropractic office to go to over this office. If you are in need of Injury Rehabilitation I highly suggest going to this office to ensure you will get the top notch care and nurturing that you Need in order to heal quickly :)

These people are not professional when it comes to helping you. I was in a car wreck where I was rear ended and had pain in my neck and shoulder. The only thing positive was they took an X-Ray. Therapy was the biggest joke. Hand pedal bike for 10 minutes and then they had the nerve to Look up for 1 minute, Look down for 1 minute, look to the left for 1 minute and finally look to the right for 1 minute. The 2nd time they tried that on me I complained and asked to see the doctor. I waited and finally walked out. I was assigned to a different chiropractor where I received real treatment. The Roller table for the spine and a doctor that pops and aligns the problem areas with your neck and back. I never had to pay them myself because it was handled through a car wreck attorney, So I am just trying to let others know that they should NOT go to Carrollton Injury Rehab & Chiropractic at 2008 E Hebron Pkwy #130, Carrollton, TX. This all took place in 2015. Bent Tree Chiropractic was the total opposite experience(all positive and helpful) as compared to Carrollton Injury Rehab that should be shut down for malpractice.

Thanks to you Joann for getting me to and from the Injury Rehab of Carrollton. Thanks to all the staff members for your patients and compassion. Dr. Asby and to the Dr that did my reveiw today thank you both. To the techs that worked with me my first three weeks thanks. Before i came to The Injury Rehab of Carrollton, I thought my injurys and pain were permanent, but all of you proved me wrong. After my first two weeks i could feel my body getting stronger and with increased movement without pain. I dont know if any of you noticed, but my first week i was totally depressed and in pain because of the accident Thanks to all of you there at The Injury Rehab of Carrollton i am no longer depressed and have no more pain in my neck or shoulders. You all are truly blessed . THANK YOU ALL for helping me to be able to live a normal life again. +

Dr. Bisiriyu and her staff are AMAZING!! Ive been going to Carrollton Injury Rehab for a little over 3 months due to a bad car accident I was in, and I can definitely say Ive come a long way and I feel so much better since Ive started therapy. I suffered serious neck, back, and arm pain, and Dr. B made sure she did everything she could to get my body back to normal mobility, and she referred me to other specialists to make sure I was treated for ALL my injuries. I would most definitely recommend others to come see Dr. B and her wonderful staff. Its a little bittersweet finishing my last day at therapy Today, but I want to say from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU DR. BISIRIYU AND STAFF!! You all are so appreciated

I NEVER do reviews. But this location and the staff here impressed me so much, I had to! Im a difficult patient generally, but this office understood me and Dr. B is the BEST Dr. I have seen in at least 15 years! She is such a kind and competent Dr. who really knows her stuff! I suffered injuries after a car accident and they basically put me back together again :) The clinic area is clean and equipment is all functional and effective. The adjustments by Dr. B helped the pain so much! I just cant say enough good about this establishment. From the front desk (Stevie and Karen) to the awesome techs on the floor (Myra and the interns) to Dr. B., Way to go!!!

I was in a car accident in mid January and my neck and back was killing me. Dr. Asby and his team was such a great help to bring me back from the excretion pain that i was having. Unfortunately my pain is not fully recover yet but the future is look good. I couldnt believe that they even had a x-ray machine on site. Not only that the team was good to me but also was very friendly to my wife and kids when they are wanting for me. Keep up the good work guys. This is his wife and i must say the level of care is amazing. To top it all off professionalism is an A in my book. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!

I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who has been injured. The staff is incredible. Dr. Ashby and Antonio are always positive and upbeat. They take the initiative to follow up with you and genuinely care about how you feel and how you are doing. It was tough making it to appointments after work, but they remained flexible and understanding. I developed a routine and actually began to see improvements after my car accident. I felt comfortable enough to ask questions and they would happily answer no matter how silly the questions may have been. You will not regret a visit here.

My husband and I were referred to Carrollton Rehab after our car accident. Neither of us had gone through any type of physical therapy before and came in a bit skeptical. However, the stretches and therapy have been effective, and we are both pain-free and completely recovered from our accident. The team at this facility is amazing -- they made us feel welcomed and part of the "family." We are appreciative of the empathy, compassion, and care they have shown to us during our visits. Ive been around chiropractors for many years and even though she did a decent eval her business skills are plumb trash. If you are going here expect an X-ray as the chiro makes more money off it and decreases her liability oh and charges you more. Then when the machine doesnt work and they wont do an adjustment without it somethings fishy. On top of that trying to charge for the eval when they did nothing else.... Low blow! Bad customer service. Will never go back to this business, saw it had good reviews very mistaken.
