Front desk staff are rude and incompetent. Wait times are always long, even if youre the only person there. I called once to ask when I could stop by to have my doctor sign a form for school and when I arrived the day reception told me to, I was scheduled for an actual appointment and charged a copay. I literally just needed the doctors signature. Then they wouldnt refund me and directed me to someone in another office. I asked for a copy of my records at the front desk and they stated they couldnt print that out for me, I would need the doctor to do that. So I asked the doctor and she stated she couldnt access my files because I was still under the pediatric section and she didnt have access to it...I was told to go to the Department of Health to obtain my records. I dont understand why my files were never moved over to the appropriate section. I stopped by another time because I was extremely sick and too desperate to look for another place, but there was no doctor on staff. Whats the point of being open with no physician available? I asked the receptionist to print my records so I can visit another location. While servicing me, shes talking on her personal cell phone and eating. Im so tired of this location, I definitely wont be returning.

The office is nothin like it used to be to say the least. The doctor there is so unprofessional when it comes to takin care of patients outside of the office, like results for tests performed or call backs. My mom was seen a few months back and they told her she needed an echo for an abnormal ekg. The doctor told us to call back in a few days, when I called back results werent in, called back for about 2 weeks with the same excuse. I left many messages for the doctor while he was in the office and when he was out the office. Weeks after the results were mailed with no explanation. I decided to go a few weeks ago for something very specific, the doctor did a culture and told me to call back in 2 days, its been 3 weeks and he still hasnt called me back, even with the messages I left. He gave me the wrong antibiotics and my 11 month old caught the infection and he had to have a culture done with his pediatrician. My baby should have never been exposed if my doctor was competent enough to take care of me!

I came to the office because my primary care doctor is located in Brooklyn by my job. The facilities are dirty to say the least. I was the first patient seen, and although it was the beginning of the day, The nurse was not friendly. And seemed to be bothered while taking my vitals. The doctor came in quickly and belted out questions as if he was yelling at me, and then he was rough with examining my stomach. The Nurse argued with the doctor in front of me as to what her job entailed. The nurse won the argument (after she explained that she didnt know how to perform the procedure, then proceeded to show the doctor how to do the procedure) and then the doctor complain to me about the nurse and then completed whatever procedure they had argued about. I will never visit his office again!

DOCS has the worst administration of any medical practice I have ever been to. The place is horribly disorganized and most (not all but most) of the young ladies who answer the phone are rude. Their is such a lack of professionalism there. The ONLY good thing about DOCS is Dr. Cook who happens to be a fabulous pediatrician though Ayana, a medical assistant, needs to go back to where ever she came from because shes awful in attitude. Save yourself the trouble and dont let her take blood from your toddler because she dont have a clue! My rating of poor is for the practice within itself. I give Dr. Cook an excellent!

Worst doctors office Ive been to, the workers dont know what theyre talking about I was told they didnt offer a certain service by one of the workers because he didnt know what it was until I explained it to him, they misplaced my forms I needed filled out making me take an extra trip back to them after having already been there 4 times to get what I needed done, and then on top of THEM misplacing my form, AND it not being ready on time, I had to wait an hour and a half just for them to fill out my original forms smh. Never going back !

Staff and Medical Director are extremely rude! The facility is deplorable and patient information is visible for all to see. I would suggest you going to another place for care. Mount Sinai should be ashamed to be affiliated with such a poorly run facility. I will be contacting the state to voice my concerns.

We were so upset with Montefiore that we are happy to switch to DOCS. The doctors are great and really spend time with us. We have no problems with the staff even though other people have complained

The Drs are friendly and compasionate. They are professional and knowledgeable. The wait time is not long which is definitely a plus and Docs is open 7 days a week.
