if I could give zero stars I would. this place looks really nice but the staff are all idiots. I have been here for 2 years with pediatrics and I have never seen so many different doctors over the course of 2 years. I wonder why they have a high employee turn over rate. every time you come in its a 2 hour process to sign in because insurance is probably wrong in the computer. than you have to wait hours before getting seen. they say come in at one...you get seen hours later. another thing I noticed is that they are losing patients by the dozens. one last thing my wife came in 3 weeks ago to find out we are pregnant again and the clinic said they would call us for a sonogram. that never happened and they only do it once a week. I will never send my family here again and suggest you stay far away from this clinic as well as all there affiliate location.

Horrible as always.!!!!! Im usually a very patient person but this is ridiculous I had an appointment at 9:00 am and it was 12:00 pm and didnt even call me yet I mean I was supposed to be here yes to fill out some paper work Im 38 weeks pregnant and you make me wait all this time its freaking ridiculous.!!! I walk to the women in the front and she keeps on telling me Im sorry but today theres only one doctor and shes really slow Im sorry.!!! I was like SERIOUSLY??? thank god Im almost done with my pregnancy so I never have to come back AGAINNN.!!!!!

I always go here but every time they either cancel my appointment without me knowing, when I get there they tell me Im not on the system so I show them that I have an appointment on that day so they put me on the system, my appointment was at 9am or 10am and since it was cancel I guess they put me on last bc I literally waited from 10am to almost 5pm!!!!!!!!!!! I took off from work so i cant just leave and make another appointment because I dont wanna take off again!!! Horrible its always the same thing!! So unorganized

Called they told me to come in for a chipped tooth. I come in a security guard tells their arent any docs there. I wait till 9am to call no answer. I wait till 915 no answer. I wait till 930am some operator tell me they are in a meeting(first Thursday of the month) nobody is there till 11am. I wasted 45 mins of my time for a emergency(defined by them) I will NEVER RETURN HERE AGIAN

After three separate visits to this facility, I still dont have a completed physical. Between not having anyone able to register patients during facility hours, to appointments running over an hour and a half late, plus rescheduling appointments taking over a month, Summer might pass before I get into an actual exam room.

This is the worst place that we have. The doctors are very un respectful, they dont have schedule for attending the people. Today I dad appointment at 10:30 and they dont attend me, Im still here its about 12:30 ad they dont attend me. This is a very bad place . Always is the same.

Worst customer service!!!! Workers give you attitude transfer you over put you on hold forever or transfer you withou you knowing and you have to re peat your situation all over again for them to tell you that you have to make an appt unbeleivable

This facility does not support the community of BOTH documented and undocumented. Complaints are not resolved and calls/emails not answered. The board should replace the leadership asap as there is wide operational confusion in Greenburgh.

The Greenburgh Health center is fantastic, Fabulous I love it.. Staff are very nice, and always ready to help you.. Good Job.. I will recommend this health center to everybody.
