Waited over 1 hour to get called in with very few people in the waiting room. Nurse was nice, took my height, weight, blood psi and temp. I went to get treatment for poison ivy, and when the male Dr. came in to the room he asked me how long have I had the poison ivy? I told him two weeks and his reply was "good you only have one week left since it only will last three weeks." He did not want to give me anything but a brochure to an over the counter cream. So now this dr will get paid for a patient visit and did absolutely nothing for me. Couldnt even look me in the eye. After less than a minute we were done with no results.

When my two year old cut his foot and needed stitches I was in panic mommy mode and the front desk staff and the nurses were wonderful and so helpful and tried to be good with a hysterical two year old. The doctor was cool, calm, and competent, despite his difficult patient. He does earn them a 4 star review instead of a 5 because he could have been a bit more friendly. Id recommend them to anyone. We were taken in within fifteen minutes of walking in the door and out within an hour and a half.

I really wish I would have read these reviews before I visited. Believe the hype. I found the staff here to be rude and completely incompetent. The reception staff forgot to return my ID, gave me incomplete AND inaccurate paperwork when I checked out and then had the nerve to try to get me to make another visit to them to rectify it. Apparently they think its ok for me to have to pay for another doctors visit because they messed up the first time.

The staff was not friendly at all was there for an hour still wasnt even take him back into a room and when I asked how much longer they said they couldnt give me a time and that all five of the patient rooms were full I was the next to go in in an hour they saw one person its urgent care you would think that they would be faster than an hour a person

People need to take a chill pill before comenting on how long you wait at this place. you cant expect the staff to drop everything they are doing to look at your "boo boo." They are not an emergency care center. I found the staff competent and caring; the Dr. knowledgeable and helpfull.

The wait was long but for only one or two doctors in that day, it makes sense. Anyway, the doctor was very knowledgeable and funny. Definitely helped and I would go again if the wait times were shorter.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The Dr was attentive and knowledgeable. The wait was long but not unexpected for a weekday evening during cold and flu season. I would use them again.

This is the very bottom of the medical food chain. Bad attitudes, bad service, bad facility, bored doctors. Look somewhere else if you have a choice.

They didnt even bother to take an xray or any blood. they just assumed and they were wrong. The front staff and yhe nurses are very rude.

1 star. They couldent figure out the insurance. took for ever
