I used to like this place. Even if i had to wait 2 hours to be seen. I had a lot patience with the workers but I am drawing the line. No one should go here. Specifically the OB/GYN. The workers tell your confidential information to whom ever. From the nurses to the receptionist. I thought I could trust them. My grandmother warned me but I figured things had changed. No work place should exhibit these traits. Only thing I will use from BMS is the WIC program.

Been going there for over 10 years and for the pass 3 years they have failed me completely the staff seem to be confused often never answers the phone between 1145 and 1230 ... complete disregard to someones health or personal life ... if you need a school medical form completed please make more the 2 copies they have lost my childs form 3 times ... very unhappy with the service for the past few years !

The service has decline and the last minute cancellations and not rescheduling appointments are very disappointing. Not sure what happened over there last few months however its not a helpful to patients. Reception needs two full time people that are aware of how to handle a front desk and customer service. (Luz is awesome though, just over worked).

they need to close this dam locationyoy have to call all day to make an appointment if you wanna do a walk in they will turn u away and tell you go to the er their phones never work they always over booking appointments 2-3 at the same time for one doctor. just unorganized and a waste of time

They r no good take for ever to call u just to see a doctor then if ur child is sick and u go in after 3 like they tell u to do. when u get there they be like sorry i cant see u. I think that bms is a full of it

Ive been coming here for 4 years now and its always a long wait. The waiting room could be empty and theres still a 2hour or more wait. Ridiculous.
