I was surprised to read the negative feedback in the previous review because I think this office is great. I have been coming to Highland physical therapy for a few weeks now and I love this office! The staff is very accommodating and works really hard to get around my busy schedule between work and school. They are sincere and really seem to care if people are improving and feeling better, which since I have been coming here I have been. The therapists are very professional and personable have helped my pain since I have been coming here. I absolutely would recommend Highland physical therapy.

A++ Thank you everyone at Highland Physical Therapy!!! The staff are amazing, sweet, personable and extremely knowledgeable! I have been going for months for a lower back injury and they have helped so much in teaching me exercises I can do at home to help strengthen the muscles around the spine. Ive also been treated with massages, ultra sound, stim, wet heat, stretches, compassion and care. I feel much better after each session. I highly recommend this family run practice to anyone that is suffering from an injury or pain. Thank you for helping me!

From the first phone call, Gina at the front desk made my access into care very swift. Jeff made the place a happy environment. Regarding my therapy, I have been very pleased with the care I received from Brad, my primary therapist (and one visit with Sonia). Know I am very discerning due to my medical career, and I had outstanding treatment and graduated from care with my needs met, following a total hip replacement.

I highly recommend Highland Physical Therapy. They are always on time with their appointments. The therapists were motivating and very professional. Their staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I always left the appointment with a more positive, confident attitude. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Outstanding care! I had dislocated my shoulder, and at my age recovery can take a little while. This practice was highly recommended by my orthopaedist and I am glad to have acted on that recommendation. They can be a little busy at times, which is hardly surprising given that they are very much in demand.

I have never be so insulted in my life. The owner Tina said she did not like my tone. And Hung up on me and said I dont want your business! I said Im a disabled Veteran, find some one else she said and hung up! Nasty!Im so disappointed.What a world!!

Everyone at the office is so friendly and the therapy is wonderfully effective. They make sure you know what youre doing and check with you if something hurts or is too much to handle. Every time I have a session I leave feeling more well.

Highland Physical Therapy is the BEST place to go for physical therapy. The staff is great and the therapists know what theyre doing. You never have to wait long to get an appointment to be seen. I highly recommend them!!!
