When I was in 5th grade I had a devastating eye injury that left my right eye without its natural lens. Since then Ive had to wear contacts because the power difference between both of my eyes is so dramatic that glasses would make me see double vision. Insurance usually doesnt fully cover the cost of specialized contacts like the ones I have to wear in my right eye. Not, only did the Frame and Eye fit me with a better contact for my right eye, but they also convinced my insurance that my contacts were medically necessary which makes them pay in full like they would do if I could get glasses. Ive seen many doctors for my eyes but this one is by far the best. Even after I moved to Queens I still commute out to Huntington for my checkups and to get my new contacts!

The prescription glass are not made to fit. Multifocal lenses are not done correctly. Charges to insurance companies are more than expected and rest of the cost is billed to consumers. Bad business practice. Be aware of this place!
