Macro Shooter

The temple on my glasses broke while on Vacation. Stopped in at Vision Works to see if I could get a spare part, replacement temple to get me by for the next 5 days till we could get home. Bad mistake as the dark curly haired woman was extremely rude! She wanted to sell me a new pair of frames and was not concerned with the fact I couldnt see....she approached me with a sales pitch and a calculator right off the bat and when I refused to buy a new set of frames she went as far as making a snide remark "good luck" finding someone to help. Very bad experience here and very disappointed. Fortunatley Lens Crafters in the mall next to them went above and beyond to help, no sales pitch, no pushiness to buy, just concerned that I was unable to see and didnt let me leave till they found a spare temple. Shame on you Vision Works for your lack of concern with someones eyesight and your greed to make a $$ GO TO LENSCRAFTERS inside the mall. Also avoid Stanton as they too are trained to take your money with no concern about your vision.

Bad experience! Staff told me second pair of glasses were completely free and tried to convince me that insurance didnt cover all of first pair so there was additional fees. After reviewing receipt, I called back and questioned this but was told the same. Came in to pick up glasses and showed supervisors the receipt and that insurance did cover most of the cost of first pair so the fees were from the second pair that was suppose to be completely free but not. They admitted finally that I was correct but they couldnt do anything about it and even though they had said they were free was making me pay for them. They do not know what they are talking about and changed their story multiple times but bottom line didnt want to correct their mistake

Bad experience I kept getting different prices on my glasses finally got the right price ordered my glasses they told me be a couple of days before they get done they had to order mine lenses 10 days later my glasses came back manager called me and said they dont like the quality of the lens so they are sending them back and theyre going to make temporary glasses for me because it will be another 7 to 10 days before my actual glasses come back not to mention their website says different hours for them

I take my kids here for their glasses every year, i have never had a problem, but they have insurance. Took my husband here and it was a different story, we paid out the woohoo for his glasses, and i mean 300 for the glasses alone. Not the exam, he supposed got a discount from the special they were having still not sure about that.... If you have state insurance this is the place for you, if not go somewhere else........

Horrible customer service! I sat there an hour before someone asked to help me and didnt leave until after they closed. 1 of the employees walked right back me and went out the door. If it wasnt for my son needing his prescription filled asap before going back to school I would have definitely walked straight out!

I went to them to get my first set of cantacts. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The staff was very helpful and understanding. I didnt feel rushed when I was learning to take them in and out. They were very patient. And made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ive had my glasses for a little over 2 weeks and they are great. The staff and Doctor was extremely helpful. Being this is my first set of glasses I really didnt know what to expect. Great experience and Great price. Will be returning in the future.

Bad experience first eye place Ive been to when you make an appointment and wait behind the walk ins. At my job we get written up if they wait to long and walk ins never come before appointments
