so I called in for glasses. spoke to Maureen and she says they are ready to be picked up. I drive 30 minutes and get there and they are looking for these glasses for 10 minutes. I go next door to buy some sneakers and come back and there is one lady sitting at the desk. we ask her where our glasses our and she flat out ignores us! I said "who is Maureen?" turn out the one ignoring us was Maureen! Another lady comes out and says that they cant find them and that we should come back tomorrow! terrible customer service, lazy workers, unprofessional. dont get glasses if you care about getting them on time or customer service.

Location: Old Country Rd Garden City, NY : The technicians are aggressive, abusing and offending the customers. In this location there is a lot of personnel doing nothing, just harassing the customers. All of them are very arrogant. I am afraid to go to this location with my family for the regular eye check. How about you?

I had no idea they were located here until a very bad experience at another store - which the professionals at this store went out of their way to rectify.
