Ive never rated a healthcare provider before because frankly, I usually leave an office wanting, but that is not the case with Margaret Marcone. Ive had 20/20 vision my whole life before age took away my close-up vision. I am driving all day for.my job and all the glasses changes I was having to do to be able to see was getting distracting and frustrating so I decided to try contacts again. I had gone to someone at opticare in Ridgefield and was less than impressed at the level of understanding of my needs (and Im not a high maintenance gal). M. Marcone is a contact specialist.and has spent almost 2 hours with me over 3 appointments in the last month to adjust the prescription and fit of my contacts. All the while she is sweet, patient and does not make me feel like it is my problem if my vision isnt improved effectively. I am very lucky to have found her. Still tweeking my prescription, but I have confidence that shell get it right. Oh and did I mention, I did have to pay an out of pocket fitting fee of $150.00, but I have not been charged a dime for any of the 3 follow up appointments and I have been given 3 sets of contacts to date to try at no extra cost. Good value in my book.

Shes absolutely wonderful. Shes a little bundle of kind, patient and compassionate energy. She makes you feel comfortable and she takes great care in an occupation she obviously cares about. Shes wonderful for my peepers!
