I have been coming here since it was Gental Dental and I always had a great experience til this year started. My first bad experience was this past March when I needed fillings. The dentist sat with me and explained that they do white filling and my insurance at the time covered 80% and I would have to pay the difference. The same day I paid them my part in full and received my fillings. A few weeks later I received a bill for the amount my insurance was suppose to pay. I knew I definitely had insurance so it didnt make sense. The week after I received a call from a bill collector who was extremely rude to me. I went into Royal Smiles to see what happened and was told my insurance doesnt cover the fillings and I had to pay. I became upset and left. I went back in another day and was told I was only given an estimate but if it were an estimate why take my money. After going back and forth they later dropped the amount. My next incident was to have my wisdom teeth removed. I was told I needed to get a request for sedation from my insurance. I ended up getting a bill for my check up as well as a bill for my children getting a check up and I was denied my sedation. Once again I knew for a fact my insurance was active but I later found out that all of our insurance information was put in incorrectly. My last incident and last straw was today. My appointment for my tooth removal was at 10am. I got there about 5 to 7 mins early, and waited about an hour before asking the ladies at the the desk when will I be called. I was getting impatient due to the fact that I couldnt eat for at least 8 hours before getting sedated and by this time I hadnt eaten for about 10 hours. The young lady told me to have a seat and she will speak with the assistants. An assistant came out and brought me into a room where I was greeted by the dentist and began my preparation for the sedation and tooth removal. They put an IV in my arm strapped me to the chair and then the Dentist walked out the room. I waited, while my arms are strapped down, for 30mins before the doctor came back in the room he asked was I ok and if I was ready. I was ready when I first walked in there. He then walked back out the room and I sat there still strapped for another 15mins. By this time I have been there for an hour and 45minutes and nothing has been done. I didnt get an apology for the wait til after an hour and 30 minutes of waiting and by this time Im highly upset. I unstrapped myself and asked for someone to remove the IV so I could go home. The dentist came in and tried to reassure me he was going to begin but after waiting almost 2 hours and seeing patients walk in and out I was done with Royal Smiles.

I needed to see a dentist and I did not know who to see because lets be honest, were afraid of them. First is the fear of how bad is my situation and second can I trust this person. After looking at many different Google reviews for other dentist, I felt worse because some reviews of other dentist were really bad. I was referred to Jeffrey Huang, DDS by a friend. I felt more comfortable with seeing him because I knew someone who actually knows him. My first appointment was for today after work and I have to say, that it was better than I expected. His staff members are very polite with a good sense of humor and their experience in the dental field shows. After sitting down in the dental chair, I took the opportunity to talk and ask Dr. Huang about his experience and it was at that point that I felt much more comfortable with my decision to see him. I am extremely pleased with the work he did on me and it was not painful at all. I will recommend him to everyone I know and I will be bringing my family to him.

One of the best dentist office Ive been to in a very long time!!! I havent been to a dentist in a long time before my 1st visit here months ago. I havent been to a dentist because I had a traumatic experience at 19 years old and went to the emergency room because of that visit. So I was very hesitant to come here. From the 1st time I walked in to the time I left I realized I dont have to be afraid of dentists. The doctor here is very nice and told me everything before he did it. This is my second visit and it wont be my last. I even brought my girlfriend here who lives in the city.

If you have a child who is in need for a dental treatment under full sedation, dont come to this clinic. They promised to give me a call after 2 weeks to scheduale the full sedation appointment and they never called me back. I kept bugging them from one week to another explaining that my duaghter is in pain, but they were careless. I ended up treating my duaghter after 5 weeks somewhere else. They are disorganized and carless.

I went for a cleaning and not going to lie it was very quick but oh man it hurt. This was my first time coming here and the dentist scraped my gums and went so hard on my mouth while cleaning. He made my gums bleed inbetween multiple teeth. It is painful and annoying. Id recommend another dentist.
