I cannot say enough about how wonderful PPT is but I will try and give you a few examples of why I rate them so highly. I was referred to PPT. From the moment I called, the help I received in working with my daughters schedule to get her in quickly and with helping with my insurance was already way above the bar compared to others I called. People arent kidding or exaggerating when they talk about the feeling of family when you are there. They were genuinely interested in my daughter as a person which made her feel very comfortable, they kept up her life events, hobbies, and activities and gave advice on how to keep her injury at bay consistent with her lifestyle, they always got her started if she was early and never ended on the dot just because her time was up. Best of all I am seeing a major difference on foot & ankle problems she has been having for 2+ years. Dont waste your time anywhere else where someone will just throw your child in a boot and send them off. This is a place that is genuinely interested in finding solutions for long term healing and teaching skills to avoid future injury. They treated everyone I witnessed there (including my very energetic 6 y/o who often had to wait on his sister) with the same respect, kindness, and care. Preferred Physical Therapy is in a class by itself - top notch.

I hurt my shoulder / back about 4 weeks ago but I quickly learned that it was most likely due to poor posture and bad habits I picked up while pregnant just 4 months ago due to having the same pain while pregnant. I was having shooting pain, trouble sleeping, pain when holding baby and just all around pain and soreness throughout the day. Went to the Dr. and they referred me to Physical Therapy. I got a call from Preferred Physical Therapy and they got me in immediately. The pain has improved and no more shooting pain or pain when I am holding my precious one. I even let Nick Hunter re-align my cervical and thoracic spine. Thats not something I just let any other chiropractor or physical therapist do. Nick and his staff are easy to get along with and its very easy to tell them what is and isnt working. Also - after my appointment was almost over and I had heat and stim on, I was cold just lying there and said it would be nice if they had blankets to cover while I just lay there... Next thing I knew, I was covered with a blanket and my legs were elevated to relief pressure off my lower back and hips. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. And if I ever need physical therapy again, I am definitely coming back

If you are giving consideration to other Physical Therapy practices, STOP! You want to make your appointment and get started with Preferred Physical Therapy ASAP. My direct care has been with Nick and his staff following his protocol. They have all been awesome to work with for me on my recovery. The front office staff has always been great to work with any insurance or scheduling. Im a 63 y/o male who had major rotator cuff and bicep tendon reattachment surgery. They of course had to follow protocol from my surgeon and put up with me. Im type A personality and will overdo when ever possible. Nick and staff will listen to you, tell you why and what is needed for your recovery and develop a plan. You will only get out of physical therapy what you put into it. I actually came here many years ago for a different issue when Nicks father was the owner and main therapist. It is a family run atmosphere I recommend highly. They will make you feel comfortable and they are concerned about your rehab. +

I started at Preferred Physical Therapy about a month ago. I had pain from achillies tendonitis in the back of my heal and calf, and pain in my opposite hip from compensating for the pain in the injured foot/leg. My podiatrist recommended PPT and I went and met with Nick a few days later. The amazing staff at PPT has taught me how to work and stretch to begin on my road back to normal activity. Every person Ive come in contact with from the front desk until the moment I leave the office is kind, and concerned about my health and recovery. My experience has been excellent, and I am so grateful to be moving better, and more pain free! I would highly recommend their office to anyone in need of a physical therapist. Thanks guys!

So grateful to have found Nick Hunter at Preferred Physical Therapy. Ive been dealing with a work injury and chronic pain for 8 months. Within my first two weeks of being in Nicks care, he was able to drop my pain level in half. Nick has a clear understanding of ones pain, is very knowledgeable in his field and is a great listener. Iv waited no longer then 10 minutes, at the most, for my treatments and scheduling appointments is easy. His staff workers are very friendly and work hard to make sure you are very comfortable during your visits. If you are in pain, I highly recommend Preferred Physical Therapy.

I was convinced that I would require surgery on my shoulder, and I was skeptical that physical therapy would restore the use of my shoulder. However, when I was advised to try physical therapy by the Orthopedist, I came to you based on a referral from a friend. I am very pleased with the treatment I received from you and your staff, and also with the outcome. You make each client feel like you have been waiting just to treat them. I would recommend you to anyone without reservation.

I had some pain in my feet and heels for years, making it difficult to walk long distances or go running. I never had physical therapy before but working with Nick on my problems felt natural. He knew right away what I needed. I was impressed with his care and professional service. After six weeks with Nick, I improved immensely. I now have a job where I walk 10k+ steps a day (I wear a Fitbit so I keep track), and I have zero pain. I am very thankful toward Nick and his team in helping me. You guys rock!!

When I came into the office a few weeks ago I was having terrible neck pain from an injury. I was unable to move my head in any direction. Thanks to Scott Heward and the staff at Preferred Physical Therapy after 8 visits I was returned to normal function. The whole staff was extremely caring and took the time to listen and then set up an exercise program to meet my needs. I would highly recommend this office! Nick is very professional and respects your time. Always gets you in at your scheduled appointment . Very thorough and answers all questions and explains the treatments. I have used other PTs in the past and he is top notch. Also, his staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. if you are in search of a PT give Preferred Physical Therapy a shot.

Got injured at work. I was in pain just about every day. If it wasnt for the great people at Preferred Physical Therapy. I would not be able to walk without pain. If anyone gets injured or hurt. They will develop a program just for you, to get you moving again. Thank you Nick and your team for all that you have done for me.
