If I would have to summarize my overall experience at this rehabilitation center, I would value it as a poor and disrespectful one. The unethical and manipulative charges that they put onto your billing statement do not coincide with the total balance amount on that same paper. After coming to this establishment for the past 2 years (now having dealt with 2 patellar tendon knee surgeries), I began to take into account the large sums of money that I was putting towards my rehabilitation that my insurance would normally cover. Soon there came a point were I began to question them about how much I was being charged, and I received nothing but pure negativity and disrespect. The main receptionist, Mariah, approached this conflict with attitude and misinformation as every time I called, the total amount would then have a new charge that never occurred. She lied to me about speaking to a manager (who was not even working at that hour) and she constantly misspelled my email five times after having been so disrespectful about sending it to me. I called back after having waited a hour for an e-mail to appear when I then spoke to an administrator. The administrator was surprising worse in dealing with customers than the receptionist as she constantly tried to speak over me while trying to get me off the phone faster. There came a point where I left the phone on speaker just so that the other people around me would believe the kind of service I was receiving. I am normally not a person who complains and I approached this situation in the best way that I could because I work in a customer service-based job. So after nearly two hours, I finally received the email in which the receptionist mentioned a $35 late charge, over the phone the admin mentioned 2 $35 charges, and finally the manager who I spoke with the following day then magically created 4 $35 charges. The balance sheet that I was sent that they swore by had about $200 more than the actual balance that was owed. The last 3 days stated on the paper were days in which I never received treatment and the 24 hour late fees should have never been applied to my account because I had called the previous week to cancel those appointments. I find this whole experience to be sad because this is a classic case of "great rehabilitation treatment but you cant even get past the front desk". The trainers brag about the vast amount of professional athletes that they treat, as they rightfully should. Nick and K2 are phenomenal trainers as are the rest of this facilitys trainers. They really put in a lot of care and consideration into your treatment so please never let that go unnoticed. However if you want to deal with outrageous charges that are fabricated due to attitude, then I would steer clear of this establishment. Its terrible when a business caters more to justifying a rude front desk than it does into instilling in vast amount of trustworthiness to its customers. If the training staff wasnt so sweet and kind then I would definitely give this establishment no stars. As for my billing statement, I am still waiting to hear back a new charge that they will probably apply to my account now. Definitely not a trustworthy business.

This center Is amazing. My fiance started about a month ago and I can already see a difference. The staff is very attentive to his needs and they make him feel comfortable. We pay out of pocket and the prices are a lot more reasonable compared to similar facilities.

The most unhelpful and rude staff I have ever seen. If you ever plan on going here, do not expect a staff that shows empathy or that can even show that they understand what compassion means.

I have known Brett Fischer for 30 years and hes the best PT Ive ever been around. Hes always current on new techniques..and his staff is great too!
