The receptionist was professional, polite, good communication and customer service skills. The physical therapist need training in HIPPA Laws, poor communication skills, asked inappropriate questions such as "do you have a maid" The physical therapist ignored my physical pain by observing me rubbing my upper back and neck as well as me verbally communicating that I was in pain before beginning the session. The physical Therapist continuously asked questions that I had already provided written answers on their intake forms. I came 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork which took over 30 minutes. The PT was asking these questions in an open gym with gurneys and no type of barriers for privacy. There were other patients in the gym approximately 6 feet apart that were listening by evidence of their turned heads and eye contact. I had informed the PT of my privacy rights of medical information but she didnt seem concerned. Needless to say, I had walked out before answering any other questions and informed the receptionist that there was no plan of me returning.

This place is strictly for Medicaid patients. The facility is run down and when it comes to equipment they have none. I showed up 13 min late for an appointment and they cancelled my appointment because they had already take the other patient. now knowing that you deal with injuries and people have trouble getting around wouldnt you be more lenient on your tardiness policy. The therapist seem as if they have given up hope and found themselves in a place regretting their careers.

Every session is a great step forward, after years of pain it is rewarding to be able to move freely! From the front desk to the therapists, everyone is professional and helpful! Theirs is a mission to bring each of us to a healthy and WELLNESS, both physically and mentally! They are the greatest, second therapy sessions for my right THR, God Bless them Always! The entire staff is amazing. You are kindly greeted upon entering and then, the staff walks you in back and begins your treatment. Both Katelyn and Jenny work closely with their patients to get you back up on both feet in no time. I would highly recommend this place!
