I usually like this place. I think one of the front desk ladies has been there for a very long time. Totally love her, shes sweet! But once I got to the back its like someone died. My tech was short and snippy with me with when I was asking questions. Then when I did my TB test I asked for a bandaid because Im a bleeder (Ive had plenty of TB tests, its always the same) she refused to give me a bandaid because if I have an allergic reaction how could they tell what the problem was?....what? Im not allergic bandaids and this happens to be my second TB this year because of my work....I told her "fine, Ill just let it bleed then" and left. Very poor bedside manner. Cheer up!! Id like to be able to talk to the people who are jamming needles in me!

Its never fun to have a work injury and go to the approved health care provider. The staff treated me with respect and were upfront about how long it would take. Bring a book! (I brought my Kindle, anticipating a long wait.) The doctor was professional and yet friendly. We worked together to decide a treatment plan. As a side note, he correctly diagnosed the rash on my face as shingles. He did not prescribe medication for it. I had to use my own insurance to get the official diagnosis and treatment. Not a bad experience at all.

The staff is extremely unprofessional. As a patient was walking out they started taking about him having body odor and how they had to spray. They laughed about it for 15 minutes. It took 2 hours for them to see my friend. When they took her back for an X-ray of her knee they did not even have a wheel chair. The staff in the back office was talking about how to insert an IUD to each other and there graphic experiences. This place is terrible!! I would not recommend coming here, go to the emergency room or another urgent care.

I was Injured on the job so I HAD to go there. Still a 3 hour wait. When I went back for check ups from the injury still waited over an hour and I had an appointment. Saw a different person every time. they never even opened my file. I had to tell them what was going on. Nurse practitioners work there and usually only one to see every one.I have to go and get a screening there and there will be a wait and then I have to go back, all on my own time!

Horrible experience ! I transferred to this location for workmans comp and seen the Doctor which wrote me a prescription. I took it in to get filled which took me 2 hours and 4 phone calls later to this Urgent care which was given the wrong info 3 out of the 4 phone calls later. To top it off I have been taking the same prescription for a few months now, was a joke to see the doctor wrote me for #20 pills and 2 hours later.

This has to be the worst business in Glendale the employees do not do their job right or even well they do not answer the phone even if you just have a simple question they will return your call on a later date the wait time will always be over two hours and the employees have no answers for their customers. This place should just be closed down it brings a bad name on Concentra.

Waiting 3 hours and still sitting here for a couple stitches in the arm. Management really needs to step in and do something about this. It is ridiculous. I bring people here because my work has a contract with them but I may have to look into other options.

Front office person had me waiting for 45 minutes for a one minute test reading. I was extremely sick and wanted nothing to do with being out. She said oh Im sorry I forgot all about you. How unprofessional and irresponsible as a health care professional.

It took me over three hours for just a basic physical exam done. My paper was signed and just sitting waiting for them to give it to me. 3 persons were helping one customer, it seems like they are very unorganized and dont know where all their shits are.

Came in for a simple employment drug test, took over 2 hours and they called back every person that came in after me . I watched as people who came in an hour after me got called back before I did. Highly highly highly dont recommend.b

Wait time is insane, I came in for a routine physical and had to wait 2 hours while they took people back that came in after me. If you need a physical do not come here, you will wait until no one else is in the waiting room

I had a great experience the front office vary nice and polite . The doctors we awesome I would highly recommend here .when I arrived they told me I would be looking at 2 1/2 wait but I got in and out in less that 1 hour .

Thank you very much. I came without an appointment to have an x-ray, I was waiting no more 5 minutes. Doctor Rebecca has been very friendly and everything has been very done very professionally and fast. Thank you.

After waiting for one hour at the Sky Harbor location and being told it would be at least two more hours before I could be seen, I went to Peoria where I was evaluated and out the door in just over 90 minutes.

The clinic was lovely, amazing staff and a friendly atmosphere. Yes I had to wait a little but what clinic doesnt have a wait time. Would go back and recommend to those that want a positive experience.

The staff refused to let us talk to the dr when we went in third time to get another paper saying for him to be OK to drive on streets only its causing us to not be able to get higher pay.

Waited nearly 3hrs after my car accident and then had an appointment for a second check and had 2+ hr wait before seeing anyone. That was with an appointment! Worst experience ever

My husband and I love this facility. Staff is the best Ive ever experienced. Doctors take their time, listen, nonjudgmental. And weve been here several times over many years.

I dont know about the urgent care but the physical therapy section is just outstanding! The personal is one of the best I have had for my ankle injury.
