Front desk schedulers told me one thing and the office manager another very unprofessional Lies to cover there mistakes and very poor customer service. Filed a grievance with my insurance company on misconduct. Because my schedule is hectic and I had to cancel a few times still doesnt give them a right to discharge me then lie about it...
