The absolute worst. Zero stars needs to be an option for this place. We brought our puppy to this establishment last week. The first visit was pleasant, yet expensive. The second and third visits were terrible. Rude nurses, confusion on what treatment my dog needed, different doctors everyday. They just find ways to charge you for stuff that your pet may not even be needed. They tried to get us to pay for THE SAME treatment we paid for on Monday, that clearly didnt work the first time. There was so much confusion about what treatment theyd given her when we left her there for examination. She was diagnosed with anemia. They sent us to emergency, where we were given a $3,000 estimate for a blood transfusion to FIND OUT what was wrong...not even to fix the problem. We let them run the tests recommended, got the antibiotics to treat the anemia and took the puppy home. Needless to say, she is doing AWESOME! No transfusion, and No more treatment from Banfield. Its a cash cow, and the sad part is theyre inside of PetSmart so people probably think that gives them extra credibility. Negative. Dont do it. If you can find another vet (one with a doctor you can see REGULARLY), please do so. They take advantage of people and their love for their pets, and try to charge you for everything. I dont even think its free to breathe air in that place.

I dont know where all these bad reviews are coming form. I took my dog there when i first got her, she was very very sick, skin conditions, weeping skins, you name it and she had, such an unhealthy little thing. I was afraid people would judge me (i found her this way can i just say that now) but nobody did. Everybody was so kind, so professional. they ran a few skin scrapings to find the issue, they explained to me exactly what she had, why she had it and how to treat it. They gave me pills, a liquid to give her and some cream to put on her. Sure it cost me 100 bucks but i didnt care. They find numerous ways to help lower my bill so i could help my baby. I now have a pet plan its only 42 bucks a month. Ive received well over 1000 dollars of treatment for just 42 bucks a month. I wouldnt take my dog anywhere else.

My puppy is on the wellness plan and all I can say is that its the worst ! They charge you almost $60 a month then when you get there they always seem to be looking for ways to charge you for something that they "think" is wrong. All they care about is money and dont even fully examine the animals when you bring them in. After my year is up I will be going to another vet and getting a wellness plan through them. A good chunk of my puppy visits always leave me with a couple hundred dollar bills. I do not recommend this place to anyone. All they care about is profits !!!

Took my kitty for a routine checkup. Doctor and 2 assistants. Doctor was cold and assistants were there and helpful. Doctor took out a pamphlet to show me the options for care plans and recommended that I adopt one, then waited for my response. I did not choose a plan and took out my coupon for a free visit. If I had to pay for this very impersonal, cold and money hungry visit, I would choke! Lucky for me I had a free coupon and escaped with a rabies shot for my kitty. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS DESPERATE.

I have taken my dog there multiple times. The x-rays had to be redone by a different place because they messed them up. She was misdiagnosed multiple times. They missed the correct location for her shots. They have fed her treats knowing she was allergic. This place is beyond horrible. They used to be great idk what happened

We needed to put our beloved dog down. When I called, the receptionist was extremely kind. We had been there once before, but we werent regular clients. When we went in with Gigi, they took us to a room and handled the entire thing with compassion. I would give Dr. Nguyen and Marissa a shout out for going above and beyond.

They try to make you pay for a lot of unnecessary stuff. Always busy, appts are never on time for starting and ending. Drop offs are supposed to be a couple of hours but my dogs have been there for up to 10 HOURS before. Will not be renewing after this year contract.
