Strong-arm robbery, and pet-naping! Worst service Ive ever experienced, not to mention they robbed me. I brought my cat, who I would die for in a heartbeat, to their clinic after she was attacked by some unknown beast from under the house. No sooner had Fancy gone through the door of the exam room, they demanded 100 dollars. When asked what exactly that hundred dollars would cover, I was told the exam only, and if i didnt pay they would not release my pet. Now at first i wasnt so opposed to paying the fee, but then they told my girlfriend that she "Could not" leave the property, that someone HAD to be there no matter what. Even that would have been fine, except that in my haste to get my baby to the clinic I had inadvertently forgotten my wallet. So I drive 30 min home, and 30 min back, and unfortunately I only had 60$ cash i could withdraw until later in the evening. So i asked them to take the 60$ and give me my cat, seeing as how the hundred dollars wasnt going to cover any treatment, I see nothing wrong with asking for MY pet. After the "manager" refused to let me take my cat (are you ******* kidding me?) I politely asked her to work with me. Again she REFUSED to RETURN MY PET, i politely told her I was going to "GO THE **** OFF" but politely as possible. She called the cops on me. NEEDLESS TO SAY LESSON LEARNED, maybe if the owners didnt have their heads up their @SSeS they might get repeat customers. I know im not alone either - YELP HAS THE SAME STORIES AS MINE, **** em, just saying - you get what you put out..

For many years now, I have been a customer with East Lake Animal Clinic when it comes to Veterinarian care for my past and present family dogs. To date, the healthcare and concern for my dog by clinic doctors and staff members is superb. I remember the day when the decision was made to put my elderly dog, Minnie, down. They were all very compassionate with me and seemed to understand what I was going through during my grieving process. To this day, my heart aches for the loss of Minnie, a dog we had around the family for close to 20 years. I take comfort knowing she was cared for greatly during her health visits, and how it was a surprise and comforting to receive the condolence card from the doctors and staff regarding our loss. I will continue to be a loyal customer with East Lake Animal Clinic for the superb healthcare that my present family dog, A.K., receives.

강아지랑 미국 여행중인데 애기 발에 송진이 묻어서 발가락 사이에 돌이붙어 안떨어지고 있어 애기 발에 상처를 입히길래 발털 밀면서 돌 떼어내고 그냥 소독 같은거 하려고 갔는데 181불 나왔습니다^^ 한국이었음 칠천원이면 될텐데..... 미국 의료비는 동물의료비도 비싸군요ㅠㅠ 그래도 가격만 나쁘지 의사선생님은 친절하더라고요 181불이면 한국에서 예방접종 다맞히고도 남을 돈인데ㅠㅠ 너무비싸요 too expensive!!!

East Lake Animal Clinic provides competent, professional and timely service to my family of pets. They focus on exceptional care without needless or non thought out procedures and services in order to drive up the menu of charges. Their hours of operation and their ability to do most of the lab, diagnosis, testing and procedures in-house make them a "no-brainer" versus providers who do not have these capabilities and they can keep a pet overnight if necessary. The fact they are involved in many of the Central Coast animal rescue projects (AFRP, Project Purr, Etc.) makes me even more inclined to support their clinic.

I have been a client of East Lake Animal Clinic for over 25 years. Dr Dave and his staff have cared for my cats, a parrot, a house rabbit, and dogs over the years. My animals and I have always been treated with respect and compassion. I appreciate the pro bono work they have done, especially low income spay and neuter and treatment for feral cats. While a trip to the vet is somewhat stressful, especially with a sick animal, the staff and vets try to do what they can to put animals and worried humans at ease. My experience has always been positive.

We have been accessing care for our pets at East Lake Animal Clinic for over 20 years. Recently our dog ate some D-Con on a Sunday afternoon. We called East Lake and they told us to bring him right in. Someone was waiting for us at the door when we arrived. The Vet. Dr Yu, was able to diagnose and treat quickly. Dr Yu advised us in detail of the poisons action and treatment. Two hours later, we picked up our dog and he is totally fine now. We were lucky that we were seen quickly and that Dr Yu had the expertise to take care of our dog.

My dog has been going to East lake animal vet for 15 years. She has always been giving the best treatment through out her years. Two months shy of her 16th. birthday, I had to put her down. Everyone there were so sorry to hear about what happened to my dog that morning. I received a very nice condolence card. I had her cremated and 2 weeks later I went in to pick her up in a beautiful box with her name and date engraved on it. Thank you for taking great care of my dog through the years and even at the end of her life.

This clinic put my puppy at risk by giving him shots without checking with me first. My appointment was for grooming and a flea bath. He came home with fleas and his nails/hair untouched. All they did was administer shots he didnt need and charged $90 for it. I hoped this clinic would get better with age, but for the 5+ years I have come, they just havent changed. They care nothing for the animals they are taking care of.

Im so great full with this clinic!! Amazing customer service and thank you so so much for your emergency after hours! We came from Morgan Hill with my sick Boxer thinking i had no hope for my pup of 9 months!! in just one day i have seen the amazing result with his prescription and just the way they took action on my case! i definitely recommend this clinic for all its services!! We have been going to East Lake Animal Clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Carol has kept our pets healthy through injuries, vaccines and sicknesses. For cats and dogs, this vet is great! They are open seven days a week, and you can make an appointment or show up for an emergency visit, too.

we have been here a lot with my dog. he has gotten fox tail in his nose 3 times. he has swallowed a cloth napkin and he had to throw it up. They know who he is.They are great people. very nice. I have a lab/american bulldog that is 9 mounts old and his name is buddy

My wife and I always take our animals to East Lake Animal Clinic. They waited 1 hour after closing to return our animals to us from their boarding stay. Our animals were returned to us in excellent condition. Keep up the good work.
