This company does not have a clue on whats going on. Back in September of 2014 I was informed i needed there service and a c-pap machine. They informed me of my copay and i paid it in full they day I received my devise ($130.00). Two months later I got another bill in the mail for $110.00. I called in to see what it was for and the very rude billing lady said you owe the money so pay it and would not give me an explanation. So the next day I went back to the Brea office and the receptionist said she will look in to it and get back to me, she never did. another month when by and then another bill for $106.00. I call my insurance company to see why this kept happening and they informed me that Apria Healthcare billed them twice. I when back to the Brea office and again she apologized, telling me she you handle it. She didnt!! Now it April and I got a letter in the mail from a collection company. So i went back to the Brea office and talked to a Oscar who looked over everything a said that I was charged twice and that he would fix it. He gave my there card and asked me to call back in a week and he would have the matter fixed. Today I called the number and was routed to a east coast office and they would not transfer my to the Brea office. That they are not allowed to. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

WORST COMPANY ON EARTH ! THEY LIE, THEY ARE DISHONEST. DO NOT SIGN ANY KIND OF CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. WHAT THEY SAY IN THE 5 PAGES OF LEGAL MUMBO-JUMBO MEAN AND WHAT IT ACTUALLY STATES ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. WHEN I PICKED UP MY CPAP MACHINE THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO PAY A ONE-TIME CO-PAYMENT FOR THE MACHINE. AFTER SEEING MONTHLY REOCCURRING CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD, I TRIED TO RETURN MY EQUIPMENT . THEY TOLD ME I ONLY HAD A FEW PAYMENTS BEFORE IT WOULD BE PAID OFF AND I WOULD OWN IT. SO AFTER I MADE MY 10TH. AND FINAL PAYMENT(AND THOUGHT I OWNED THE EQUIPMENT) THEY DEMAND THE EQUIPMENT BACK AND SAY THE EQUIPMENT IS A RENTAL AND I DO NOT OWN IT. THEY LIE, I TRIED TO RETURN THE EQUIPMENT MONTHS AGO AND WAS COURSED INTO MAKING MORE PAYMENTS. HORRIBLE, DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL...APRIA IS BAD

Worst service ever Im trying to get oxygen for my grandpa all paper has been sent and approved for a small tank and they give us different daydates for delivery. When i try to call i talk to people in the Philippines and everyone gives different information. And a few months back when they delivered his home unit they tried to deliver it after 11pm and then got mad because they didnt answer the door then after that they tried to deliver it again and they went to the sound house and they wanted that person to show my grandpa his to use the machine and we didnt even know the people that they tried to deliver the unit too.

If I could, I would deduct stars. Apria, is horrible, horrible, horrible company. They make it impossible to get into contact with anyone and I have spent almost 2 hours, total on hold, finally had to give up. Place is a joke, I would strongly advise anyone who uses Apria to consider other options or providers. This has to be one of the WORST companies I have ever had to deal with in my entire life and from my post, looks like Im not the only one.

I wish I could give no stars. This company is absolutely a joke. My doctor even thinks so. I cannot believe that Medicare and Blue Shield actually use these people. I have a hole in my tubing (this is what keeps me living). I called and asked if they could send me a new one. They said I had to wait until it was time for replacement. They do not give one bit for their clients.

Terrible customer service. Didnt supply necessary items as recommended by manufacturer. Supplies what they had and said thats what we use. Would have returned the items the same night if I was able to. There customer service has no idea that they are doing or what the products are when described. Apparently they do not have google at their computers. Avoid if possible.

Very difficult to understand the people on the phone. The company can never get my shipment correct. I dont get shipments and supplies on time and have to constantly call and speak with people who are difficult to understand. Do not like this company at all.

Ive waited here for hours and came back multiple times and still havent got the equipment. what an awful place to to do business with.
