My family has used the services of Comfort Keepers, Buena Park office, on a regular schedule for the past two years. They have exceeded our expectations for both office staff and caregivers. They are dependable, professional, and most importantly to us, compassionate. Occasionally we have required extra hours of service with only a moments notice. The hard working office staff has always been able to accommodate these emergency requests, putting our minds at ease that our parents could receive the attention they needed. The staff takes very seriously the challenges faced by the family as parents are no longer able to care for themselves. They have responded to our concerns with understanding and support for all family members. We feel blessed to have an association with this wonderful caregiving team.
