About a year ago, after a back injury which affected my sciatic nerve all the way down my leg, my general practitioner recommended that I look into chiropractic help for my back pain because the only way he could treat me was with medication and neither of us believed that was the best practice. It has done nothing more than mask the pain. I called Dr. Hartz and he saw me that very day. He took a thorough history of my back issues as well as general health. He used several techniques on my back - heat, electric stimulation, massage, (and the best relaxation music) and then an adjustment. For the first time in weeks, I was feeling less pain. He saw me a few other times spread over days and then a week until the pain was completely gone. This past week I experienced another minor injury and waited a week doing all the things we know to do when we hurt our backs, then decided to call Dr. Hartz, who again saw me the same day. I walked out of his office pain free.

I have been seeing Dr. Hartz since summer of 2006, after having received chiropractic care regularly since 1997. Dr. Hartz is thorough, caring and professional; he is not interested in the quick fix that may have you coming back in a short while later, but rather long-term improved health. He is communicative, willing to work with a patients needs instead of a one-size fits all approach, and hes willing to work with your financial/insurance situation so that you get the care you need. So long as I am living in the area, I have no interest in seeing any other chiropractic care providers. Dr. Hartz is a committed and involved member of the Davis community and should be utilized as a back-care provider whenever possible!

A few weeks ago, I saw Dr. Hartz for my chronic back pain that was seemingly incurable; I received several deep tissue massages and chiropractic treatment from other individuals, but nothing seemed to help. Dr. Hartz was able to see me the same day, and asked lots of questions about my pain, with a genuine care and concern. I received physical treatment in the form of moist heat, electric muscle stimulation, massage, and an adjustment, all of which were very relaxing. After just one appointment, I felt instantly relieved and am still pain free today. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Hartz!

Wonderful Experience! Dr. Hartz is a true professional. Ive now had four appointments and have improved tremendously. I came in for headaches, neck pain and back pain. He is caring and really wants to help you. He spends a lot of time getting to know about why you are seeking help and treats you according to your needs. The combination of heat, massage and an adjustment is the perfect medicine. Not only is he a knowledgeable and talented chiropractor, but the price is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Dr. Hartz because he truly cares about your health and well being.

I had my neck injuries after a bike accident about a few weeks ago, and Im curing. It was hurting so badly, until I cant bend my neck backward. I really enjoy going to Dr. Hartz. Everyone there was friendly and professional. I had to go there once per week, and Dr Hartz was very patient, and flexible with my schedule. Appointment was very easy to make, because Dr. Hartz was very friendly and caring. Its totally worth it, because he knows what hes doing.good they all are there.

I had a back injury previously in high school and every now and then it will flare up. I had pretty severe pain recently and Dr. Hartz helped me tremendously. Within about a week I was feeling better and able to participate in my activities again. Not only is he good at his craft,but he is also a nice guy and enjoyable to talk with.

Been to see him a couple different times after wrenching my back out of alignment. Dr. Hartz has always gotten me in either the same day or next and straightened me out like nothing ever happened. The next time I tweak my back, Ill see him again, first thing, before it really starts to hurt.
