Doctor is amazing but the staff is just making him look bad...my experience with them is really bad...attitude is a problem with them and service is poor..they keep putting the responsibility on each other... I had an appointment and drove an hour to get there through traffic from Aliso Viejo since the doctor is nice but they told me i had no appointment and kept denying as if i was going to wake up early morning and drive there an hour plus for just a joke... When doctor says my staff will help you with that then you come out and the staff say, that is not our responsibility, one feels like a fool and we feel like we are over burdening them.

Garbage place. Went in for a VA appointment and it was like walking into an icebox, the doctor kept looking at his watch even though he was a half hour late, he was extremely old and it seemed like he may have been unaware of modern medicine. His exam of my knee included looking at it and stating that it was fine and that I was probably just complaining to get money out of the government. There were a lot of other negative things that happened during the appointment and now that I need a copy of my exam no one there can help me because they are stating that he does not keep records on site. Garbage!

20 years I have been going to this doctor and he is an amazing physician. You just start feeling better once you see his pleasant personality. Gives time to every patient and do not rush. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Staff is great to work with.

Treat my elderly mom at tri city medical ctr in Hawaiin gardens, very inconsistent in his progress reports, the facility is a KNOWN dumping hospital and this idiot improves of this,. DO ALL OF A FAVOR AND GET OF THIS NON AMERICAN FUCKNHIM
