I found Dr. Tahery about 5yrs ago for my daughter who was suffering from PCOS and endometriosis. She had never been properly diagnosed and was repeatedly told her pain was all in her mind. She had several small cysts removed and given prescriptions for pain meds. When one doctor wrote a prescription for ocycodone I knew I had to help my daughter before she became an addict. My daughter was 17 and never mensed. The previous doctors put her on every hormone in the world to make her mense. Her hair fell out, she cried a lot and had severe mood swings. She even had bad hot flashes. It was heart breaking to see my daughter go through this. She was a full time student and the side effects were. From the 1st visit he reassured us that he would take care if her and he does. He takes care of me too. He has a great bedside manner and is very personable. The offices are very clean and his staff is really nice. No wait time and its very easy to get an appointment. Hes a straight shooter and explains everything thoroughly. He personally returns calls and checks on you if youve had a procedure. We trust Dr. Tahery and wouldnt trade him for the world. We drive from OC to see him and have done so for the last 5yrs. My daughter graduated from college (BS) and recently got married. Thank You Dr. Tahery!!!

I went to Dr. Taherys office for the first time in W. LA. He is thorough and made me feel at ease. I was only supposed to pay a $30 office visit since he is a preferred doctor on my insurance. Instead, his staff insisted that they called my insurance and I needed to pay them $260 for services that my plan pays at 100%. I called my insurance after I left his office and my claims rep confirmed that they should have not charged me for radiology and lab work. Now I am trying to get my money back. Be careful with how they charge and know how your insurance plan works. I should have insisted on having them call my insurance again to re-verify my coverage before I paid them but I trusted them to be telling me the truth. His staff even lied to me that she said she called me the day before to let me know of the extra charges. I showed her my cell phone and their no. is nowhere on the call history and no voice message. Makes me really angry to be taken advantage of especially by a doctor.

He is a the worst doctor ever! He is not a doctor, honestly. All he is doing is asking patient to come back over and over to do further fadulent follow up. His assistant call you back saying that there is infection and needs treatment. After too many times, we went to another doctor and my new doctor was laughing at him. New doctor said, go home you do not need any thing. He is doing this just for insurance charge. Now, three years is passed and we still hate that charlatan. Stay away from him. He is just after money and he does not care about you.

Very thorough and kind. Excellent bedside manner. Phenomenal obstetrician. My wife and I had an amazing experience with dr Tahery with the birth of our first child. Indebted to him for being so patient and understanding. Id give him 2000 stars if I could. Thank you.
