I can only speak for myself and my experience... I came to Dr. Hansen through a referral from a person I trusted, but who had not been personally treated by Dr. Hansen. This was my initial mistake. I was experiencing severe back pain for the first time in my life and was desperate for pain relief. I came in for a consultation, and Dr. Hansen sold me a package for $2,300 for 30 treatments, that would run roughly four months time. He promised that my spine would get back into alignment and that I would be out of pain. I asked if I could just do a single treatment type of visit, to see if I would like it, and then continue without buying a package. Dr. Hansen said he didnt really do that and that packages were the only option. In my desperation, I took a gamble and paid him $2,300 plus a $100 consultation fee. This is a lot of money for me, and I was expecting results. I am an active person who does Brazilian Jiu jitsu , surfs and hikes... I had not been able to do those things because of the severe back pain. A month and a half into the treatments, I lifted something not that heavy and my back went from feeling just a bit better to severe pain again. I explained this in detail to Dr. Hansen. Two months into the treatments, and there was no improvement. I was still experiencing severe back pain. At this point, I decided to get a second opinion from another chiropractor. The new chiropractor told me my hips were way off and that my alignment in general was off. Dr. Hansen told just recently told me my hips were just barely off and that the alignment was "holding." Recently, at three months into the treatments that obviously were not working , I was still in pain, and I asked Dr. Hansen for a refund of the remaining treatments. He initially gave me the runaround, saying that because I paid in full at a "discounted price," I was not eligible for any form of refund for the remaining treatments that would have amounted to $400. Disappointed, feeling ripped off and taken advantage of, I took it as a loss and a hard lesson learned. Later, he had second thoughts and agreed to meet me "half way" and wrote me a check for $200. So here I am $2200 gone and feeling worse than when I first walked into his office ...still in pain and searching out alternative therapies like physical therapy to be pain free ....Im not saying his form of chiropractics wont work for you...But be warned. It wasnt easy for me to write this, but I would hate for this to happen to you if you are in pain and looking to feel better ... -Anthony Hernandez-

My overall experience with NUCCA treatment by Dr. Scott Hansens Precision Spinal Care is phenomenal! I almost notice no pain in the various areas that needed focus, as well as clearly notice the improvement in my posture, and the natural relaxation of my jaws and shoulders. I usually have to wear a bite-guard overnight when I sleep because I clench and grind my teeth, then wake up with terrible headaches and and sore jaws. After making all my visits at Precision Spinal Care, I dont have to wear my bite-guard as often, tell myself to relax, concentrate and change my breathing, or sit up straight; Im just doing those automatically now. I was extremely tense when treatment begun. Most visits I would close my eyes and let him do his thing adjusting the Atlas vertebra. If you really relax and control your breathing, you can really feel what is happening during the visit, and in the following weeks of scheduled visits, I could sincerely feel the difference. But what I really enjoy about Dr. Hansen is his full reports in explaining your progress, and letting you keep the documentation. Upon my several years of chiropractic treatment, Ive never had the care and explanation as Dr. Hansen expresses. All you have to do as the patient is stick with the schedule, and youll experience the noticeable healing as I have. Thank you so much Dr. Hansen and Christina!!!!

I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for meeting Dr. Hansen. For a very long time now, I have had pained left knee, but never thought of it more than just having "runners knee." When I met Dr. Hansen he did a quick screening and explained how my body was not aligned, causing me to put more weight on my left knee, probably causing my pain. Went in for x-rays and a full screening, sure enough my body was not aligned. Everytime I go in, I feel better and better, and I know that in a couple months, knee pain will be a thing of the past. I have felt more energy after each visit! What I value the most is Dr. Hansens attention to detail and care. The man clearly knows what he is doing and explains everything with such ease so that anybody could understand what is going on with their body. I feel comfortable in asking any questions as they come up and am comfortable knowing they will be answered thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Hansen to anyone who is suffering pain of some sort. If need a chiropractor, look no further!

I cant express how grateful and blessed I was to meet Dr. Scott Hansen. From the minute I met him he was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I came in because I was suffering from numbness in my face, migraines, black outs, dizziness, and loosing vision in my right eye along with bad eye pains. After being seen by over 13 medical drs, being on steroids and 7other medications that did nothing to me I decided to give my life one more chance. Thats when I met Dr. Hansen and began under his care, after my first adjustment I definitely felt the change my body wasnt use to. Its pain less, super precise and effective , and I couldnt thank him enough for giving me my life back. My son at the time was also having acid reflex, and after his adjustment it was gone! Not only that but as well with fevers. Its amazing how he explains everything in such detail and simple terms, very easy to understand. I strongly recommend this place to anyone in need of help. Thank you so much once again Dr. Hansen! I can now cater to my family :)

Dr Hansen is amazing! My wife Cara and I have been going here for a few years. I have suffered chronic back problems since I was 15. My back would go out almost every 6 months to the point that I needed to take days off work and could not walk due to excruciating pain. Truth is, I felt skeptical and hesitant my first visit, only because I have seen many many chiropractors and with no long term results. But after only the first visit, I felt relief in my lower back like NEVER before. That feeling was something so amazing to me I burst into tears. I never thought my back would feel normal again, but with Dr Hansen I felt hopeful again. Now its been almost two years and have not had any back injuries like I used to in the past! Like my wife said on another post, he is truly a blessing. Many of our family members get regular adjustments here. Not only is Hansen compassionate and generous, he is also very thorough with his work. Thanks so much For all your help Doc!
