Will NOT return here. Sign out front says $29 adjustment and was charged $39. Girl at the counter says its because that is only for initial visit. This was my first time coming to this location. I have been to the Laguna Niguel location but I know they are seperate owners. Girl at the front counter was rude and only replied "I didnt make the sign" when I asked. I asked for a printed receipt as my wife is a bookkeeper and was then told the printer didnt work. The person who did my adjustment did not ask any questions as to if I was having pain or why I was there for an adjustment. He really didnt speak to me at all nor did he address my concerns. I will say that my experience was much less than satisfactory and it was complete opposite of how the Laguna Niguel office treated me. As well they perform the adjustment for the $29 rate as advertised. Stay clear of this location

I went to hospital because I had very severe pain at my lower back and I could not walk and I could not move at any directions. Hospital did nothing and gave me painkiller, but painkiller did not work neither. I came to this place and in less than 3 minutes only one adjustment I could walk and move my body immediately. I was so amazed by that. My pain from 10 of 10 dropped to almost 3 and could breath. I am very thankful for the help I did receive from the doctor. His name was Dr. Flodius. He had accent but he explained the cause and effect of my case. Thank you for the help. Regards Goog

My wife and I took our 4 month old son to see Dr. Olivieri at The Joint in Lake Forest. Our son has mild acid reflux and Ive also wanted to have him checked out ever since I witnessed how much pulling the doctors had to do to deliver him (he was a c section). The adjustment went well! Dr. O was very gentle and found and corrected several misalignments. Our son barely fussed and I can honestly say that his acid refulx has been a lot better. I wish I would have taken my now 2 year old daughter when she was that small. Now shes too squirmy to let a chiropractor examiner her : )

Continued to charge a card I did not authorize them to use for 6 months nor did I use their service during the same period. I did not receive a call, email, etc. in regards to my absence but had no problem charging me for a service I was not using. My bank stated they contacted them for an additional card to charge so they could "keep providing their services". Watch your accounts when discontinuing the service, they are not an upfront business about their policies.

The price is amazing, the hours are convenient, service is always quick and Im 100% satisfied with their care. The big difference (which doesnt bother me in the least) with The Joint is the open treatment space. Its almost like a salon, with tables and the patient waiting area all in one room.

Glad so many others have had good experiences. I tried both chiropractors at this joint and saw nothing special here. I travel much and go to Joints all over the country. Ill not be returning to this location.
