As someone who has worn glasses and contacts for over 10 years, I was really disappointed with the mediocre service that the Optometry Center provided when I made my first visit there. The entire center is more concerned about making a profit by selling you unnecessary soaps and solutions, rather than focusing on diagnosing and giving you the correct prescription. The D.O. that saw me, Dr. Tang, hardly spent 10 minutes with me and spent most of the time speaking to me about frivolous aspects of my life (like social life, personal life) that were completely unrelated to my vision care. He spent no more than 5 minutes checking my eyes and finding the right prescription lenses for my eyes, which ended up being the wrong prescription. What was the worse part was that I was charged $90 for contacts that, once I received them, were not even the right prescription for me. They refused to give me a refund. Additionally, I was forced to sit and listen to Barbi, the "contact technician" give me a 45 minute speech about how to put on contacts and what soap to wash my hands with, although I insisted that I had worn contacts before and did not need this extra service for which they charged me additional money for. I was very unhappy with the factory-like setting of this clinic and do not recommend you go because you will be overcharged and underserviced. The nursing staff is not very helpful or smart and I was extremely frustrated throughout my time with the Optometry Clinic

This clinic has these advance technology machines to help you know if there is a problem with your vision and everything. I like Dr. Dan Tang. He is very precise with what he is saying and accomodates all questions and answers them. The staff were very helpful especially Mary. Thanks to all of you.
