I have been a client of the joints for years I started over at The Havana store. Then I moved up North so I started coming to the Thornton store ever since Ive come to this location Ive had nothing but problems I was told that I would be grandfathered into the $50 a month deal since I have been with them for so long. Ever since that visit my price has gone up so now they are charging me $39 a visit instead of $50 for 4 visits I am now paying $39 for one visit I dont know if all the locations are doing this but I will no longer come to this one Ive called the corporate office because its unfair I feel like Ive been left hung to dry Im in pain right now because I cant get treated dont come to this location because its obviously about their money more than its about your treatment! P.s. I started coming to the Joint because it was affordable and I thought they actually cared about their patients I guess I was wrong because today I limed out of their office with no service over money I guess they showed us whats more important

Five stars for Melissa and Dr. Jacob! I have been receiving chiropractic adjustments since I was a child (from a Dr of Osteopathy) then from multiple chiropractors as I moved all over the southwest. I injured my back in a bounce house as a kid and then was hit by a drunk driver when I was barely out of my teens. Ive had A LOT of adjustments. I joined on a monthly plan at The Joint when Dr. Jay was on staff and was so disappointed when he left. However Dr. Jacob came on staff - yay! - and he is really wonderful and uses the same hands only technique. I have never previously had insurance for chiropractic so to be able to go four times a month for what I used to pay for one visit is fantastic. On top of receiving great chiropractic care, Jacob and Melissa are so nice. I know I will be greeted by name and and with a smile each time. The clinic is always immaculate and they even have a bin of books and a little table for kids should you have to wait for a few minutes.

Went once. That was enough. Im in more pain now than when I walked in the door three days ago. Ive had regular chiropractic care for over 15 years but just moved here and havent kept up with adjustments. I have chronic low-back problems and should have made an appointment with Dr. that would have spent at least minute or two getting to know my history. Lots of people like The Joint and you might too. But its basically drive-thru chiropractic. Bought two months worth of treatments in advance that I wont use. That was dumb. Update: Received a very nice voice message from Dr. Hall at The Joint Chiropractic, Thorncreek. Based on that call alone I will try The Joint again. I may have rushed to judgement and appreciate the sincere response to my negative review.

Ive been going to this location for almost a year and have had no issues. There does seem to be a somewhat steady rotation of people working there but that is the case at most places I go to. Front desk person is always friendly and greets me by name before I even scan my keycard into the system. I dont have any ongoing issues so I cant speak with authority but I visit for preventative maintenance and have had none of my back spasms or tightening in the last year so I feel weekly visits are good for me. Overall I would say it is a good thing and would refer people, I think the longest I have ever had to wait is maybe 10 minutes and thats only because they had new clients in front of me.

they will take your money and not follow through on their 30 day notice to stop payments. IM ON MY 3RD REQUEST FOR PAYMENTS TO STOP FROM THIS LOCATION. Havent used the service since 12/15/15 and was charged January, February, and March of 2016. Made my initial request to stop payments on 1/9/2016 Ive now gone to the corporate office hoping that they can put an end to the theft that is going on here. Within 24 hours of contacting corporate office and posting this review, I received a call indicating there was a clerical error and that all payments would stop. I will update my post once I see that there have been no charges made to my credit card.

I have been going to The Joint in Thornton sine they opened. I LOVE Melissa at the front desk. She is very personable and always friendly. I am VERY satisfied with the Chiropractors at the Joint. I used to go to a Traditional Chiropractor where you had to make an appt. and it was $75 per adjustment! I love that I can drop in any time and get a great adjustment! Once in a great while there is a line, but I dont mind and if I am in a hurry I just go run some errands and go back. In my opinion, you cant get a better adjustment, more convenience or a better price! My Mom goes there, my son, myself and 2 of my employees. I am VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED:)

Rushed and rarely get an actual adjustment at any Joint location after months of membership, and often walk away with worse pain days later. Decompression isnt an adjustment. Found out the only doc who gave me a adjustment was fired. Its well worth my month to pay a doc whos willing to work with you each time to get an adjustment done correctly -vs- wasted time and money visiting the Joint over and over for no relief. Dont fall for the low cost of a membership plan. Im convinced they treat members with lesser care as they dont need to earn it each time. Front desk clerk at this particular location is also incompetent.

After coming here for months, and then returning for a maintenance visit, they decided they wouldnt adjust me. Apparently because my pain level hadnt gone down, he didnt feel comfortable "putting his license on the line." Ive been to doctors, had extensive work up, as well as other chiropractors, and theyve all recommended chiropractic work. I will never return here or recommend this place to anyone. What a total waste of time.

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for over a year now and could not be more pleased! We are both emergency room workers, and are on our feet for 12 hours a day, and coming here has made a significant difference. Melissa at the front desk is incredibly nice and personable, she knows us both on a personal level which is very inviting. The doctors do an amazing job, are very knowledgeable and skilled. Highly recommended!

I have been going to the Joint since it opened and to another location before that. I think the Joint doctors have given me some of the best adjustments I have ever received and I have been going to chiropractors for many years! They take their time so I dont feel like Im being rushed thru even when theyre busy. I highly recommend The Joint in Thornton for anyone in need of superior chiropractic care.

Ive been coming here for over a year and a half and always receive exceptional service! Both Dr. Dan and Dr. Hall are fantastic. After every adjustment I feel brand new. Melissa and Christine are also amazing and are always pleasantly inviting and fun to talk to whenever I walk in. There are other locations closer to me but the Thornton location is well worth the drive.
