My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Rudiak since we moved to Castle Pines 2 1/2 years ago just for monthly maintence which has been great for us. But about six months ago my husband started having pain on his heal and foot when he would get up in the morning , it was very, very painful to walk, and he didnt know why he was feeling so bad, he mentioned this to Dr. Rudiak and Dr. Rudiak felt the bottom his heal and the arch on both his feet and he said he might have a case of Plantar Fasclitis. Plantar Fasclitis is the flat band of tissue that connects your heel bone to your toes. It supports the arch of your foot if you strain your plantar fascia, it gets weak, swollen and irritated (Inflamed), Dr. Rudiak worked on his feet and custom fit him for Orthotics that he wears in all his shoes everyday!!! WOW with in a couple of weeks and a few treatments he was feeling no pain!! We strongly recommend Dr. Rudiak to all my friends for just Maintance in keeping your body in alignment or If you think you might have Plantar Fasclitis and are in need of a miracle there are options, you dont have to live in pain any more!!

Before coming to see Dr Bryan Rudiak I had experienced regular lower back pain and two years prior had back surgery for a ruptured disk in the L4-L5 region (microdisectomy). For a year after the surgery, my back pain had subsided but it reappeared following several rounds of golf. I thought that I was going to have to have surgery again, as the pain had reappeared like before and had lasted for several months. A friend of mine, who is also an avid golfer, suggested that I visit Dr Rudiak. I was skeptical at first, but after a series of visits and adjustments, my sciatic pain went away completely. I have been pain free now for over 6 months and continue to visit Dr Rudiak every other week for regular spine maintenance. I am in my 50s but still golf and ski regularly and my back feels as good as it did 20 years ago.

I have been going to Dr. Rudiak for three years. I suffered from migraines (aside from other issues) and since my regular visits, I have not had any. Dr. Rudiak is truelly interested in you whole well being and trust him completely. I receive so much information from him that helps me with my physical and nutritional health.
