Was nice but not anymore... I had received good service here but was recently the subject of a terrible customer service experience. The receptionist could not have been more rude about telling me that I would need to pay for a visit that would have been in addition to those included in my monthly wellness plan. Her condescending attitude and irritated demeanor resulted in me requesting a total cancellation of the wellness plan in which I had been enrolled since January. Sure, the treatment is there but there are many chiropractors to choose from. Because of being treated poorly as a regular customer, I will gladly take my business elsewhere and will not be recommending the Joint to anyone.

Here on vacation from PA - husband woke up with back spasms. Receptionist was super helpful & attentive. Dr Todd treated him right away, with a thorough exam & effective adjustment! Was wary of going to a chiro we didnt know. But no worries! So grateful for them.

This is comoditizing of Chiropractic care. First visit was about 15 minutes in total, but didnt cover everything... thats on the next visit, two days from now, and the visit after that.... Its nice they have hours every day, and no appointment necessary.

Fast place to get your weekly tune up to keep your back in line. Usually in and out within 10 minutes and feeling better every time. Friendly staff, great price for the wellness plan. Highly recommend if you need regular adjustments.
