This is the worst service I ever had, first I came at lunch time, which should be normal hours for Quest and the phlebotomist closed the facility almost in my face stating he was going to lunch. Then I came back later and I was able to get in, I waited almost 30 minutes. When the guy finally got to me like at 2:40PM he was on a rush and on the phone with Verizon support for his personal cell-phone. He didnt hung up the whole time and was almost non-interested of giving me service. I asked him twice to double check all the tests I needed and he even stated he didnt know how to perform one. We tried to call the office of my primary doctor but they were not available. The whole time he had verizon support on his personal cellphone. Long story short, the guy missed one test I needed, Quest kept on stating they actually did it but we never received the results and they billed us no matter what. After I put the complain over my health insurance they were not able to do anything. Im never using Quest again!

I was the only person in the waiting room and didnt get help for over 15 minutes even after knocking on the counter and verbally asking if anyone was there and even calling their phone with no answer. He than acted pissed and gave me attitude for knocking on the counter asking for help

Rude, unwilling to help. My little guy suffers from seizures and is a difficult stick. One lady will immediately refuse my son. She says to go elsewhere. The lab in West Haven is great with him. Management needs to train her on empathy, or simply let her go.

Very nice man. There the time. Helps me out by taking blood. No vampire. Oh no. What if he is? No never mind he used a needle. Back to the point... overall friendly staff and clean facility.
