This was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I have been to other quest diagnostics and I was absolutely surprised by the staffs behavior. One staff member must have known a woman named Michelle in the waiting room, because she was yelling across the room about to text her on her new number, I think her exact words were "text me and you know how we do". This is a staff member! Then 15 minutes later that same staff member poked came into the waiting room and yelled a womans name and started shaking the urine collection cup in the air.... the woman was mortified and I felt mortified watching. There should be some sense of privacy and discretion used. The wait was also long, around 40minutes. And usually I wouldnt mind, but I was so worried about the professionalism of these people, that we left and went to the quest diagnostics in Wallingford.

I waited 3 hours with my 3 year old daughter just to be told that they couldnt draw the required amount of blood that the test required. It took 4 staff members to figure this out. All they had to do was check the lab requisition and I would have been out of there in 5 minutes. I will NEVER come here again. Totally unprofessional and rude.
