I could not agree more with the previous review. Joyce and Sherley were both professional, cheerful, efficient, confident and knowledgeable. I barely felt Sherleys stick. I need to have my blood tested twice a week and am never going anywhere else in this area. This team is far superior to the Quest at 970 Farmington in West Hartford Center.

I admit that the service at this location used to be awful. But Joyce (reception) and Shirley (phlebotomist) who are there now are tops. The last few times I have gone it has been efficient, cheerful, and helpful - a great change from old staff who were, well, the opposite of that.
