Hartford Hospital requires all blood work to be done at designated Laboratories, this being one. The location is easily found and the building is vast. Redemption is in the form of a directory of providers. Once in the small office there was no one to greet me, just a sign in sheet, and the availability of seating is first come first served. There is the technician who only pops out of the official lab room, checks off and calls the next person when the previous person is finished. This varies in length of time not only by the process itself but by the technicians patter to those who are frequently there. I have been there twice and each time the circumstances are the same. Needs serious remedial efficiency evaluation and implementation of higher standards of quality.

RUDE!! I recently had a discrepancy with my doctors office with a bill I was sent and they had me call the lab just to get more information before I called them back. The woman who answered the phone was VERY rude. She was short with me and her tone from the initiation of the call made it obvious that she does not want to work there. At one point in the conversation she told me not to "tell her how to do her job" when all I was doing was trying to get information to bring back to my doctor. I recommend any physicians to stay away from CLP as they have absolutely no customer service. The woman who preformed my services was great, but the woman who answered my telephone call was horrid and that experience is enough for me to write a review.

Look the person who wrote the negative opinion on this lab is an idiot. This place is incredible. Luisa draws blood without pain . Mosquito bites hurt more. She is a kind and considerate person, Stephanie is also a good person. Also , this place is accessible for the disabled. Quest , down the street, has a great staff. Too bad the building sucks. They have a steep ramp to the entrance, and the lab is on the third floor.

Terrible. Takes way too long to get patients in and out. Phlebotomist is very friendly and there is nothing wrong with that. But she talks more than she draws blood which causes a longer wait for people who have lives and jobs to get to. Just be prepared to wait if you come here. And it doesnt matter how early you go! If you go, bring your patience with you.

The lady arrived late; because, she stopped at Whole Foods for breakfast. She was very nice and a bit chatty. This location should have two people ready for work, On Time! I think shes a little overwhelmed.
