Awful experience. Was here for a work health incentive screening. Treated very rudely and more importantly my blood pressure could only be taken with an automated cuff. 3 times it was taken and 3 very different readings. I asked after the first time to have it taken manually as I felt these readings were inaccurate. The medical assistant agreed that they are inaccurate but explained that they are not allowed to use a manual cuff. Imagine that you can draw blood but cant take a manual blood pressure.

The telephone system is infuriating. My last blood draw they didnt have my requisition so this time I called to confirm they had it before wasting my time, and they cant! They phone system had no way to get to a human, and a recorded voice cheerfully told me there was no need to confirm the requisition, an assertion proven utterly false by my recent experience at this lab.

Awful experience. Staff very slow to respond to patient needs. Not the first time of had a problem with this lab. . Time to find a new one.
