They have absolutely horrible hours, which I did Not mention to the staff, but they were very short with me, rude rolling their eyes, etc. they seemed annoyed that I came in15 minutes before they close (which is 2 in the afternoon btw) -- one even seemed to be mad that the doors werent locked... They then rushed me through my blood draw which was difficult because of my small veins... They showed no respect and I still hate going because every time they are so rude and impersonal.

Ive never waited more than 10 minutes. The staff is always pleasant and patient with me as i have my 4 year old with me every time. She loves going because the staff always gives her stickers! Their sticks are gentle and quick, you almost dont feel the needle at all. Always served with a smile in the most efficient way!

Ive never had a problem. The staff is courteous and very accommodating as I like them to use the butterfly needle and they always do without hesitation or disgust.
