First...For reference: there are two Eastern-block/Russian immigrants or some such there. Dont know their names...The shorter, blonder one was wonderful and very kind to my daughter. The other is taller, with shorter/darker hair. DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOU. She may as well have been a vampire. I have never had ANY bruising with a blood draw and I was appalled at how much it hurt and the bruising. On top of it, she was rude, explained nothing and just nasty. She should not be in customer service. BEWARE the taller and less attractive of the two Eastern-block Techs at this Quest!

I had to go to Quest to get bloodwork done when I had a miscarriage. The Phlebotomists were rude and unprofessional. While the woman was taking my blood, her grandchildren were running around the office like a bunch of animals. Then, to make matters worse, they never billed my insurance company or sent me a bill for this. Instead, they slapped a collection account on me with no previous notification. Terrible Service. I now use the hospital lab whenever I need to get anything done and they are phenomenal.

I went to this Quest when I was experiencing some issues during my first trimester. The doctor needed the bloodwork done asap so I went here because it was near where I work. I typically go to the lab at the hospital by my house. The woman who took my blood was incredibly efficient and courteous. However, it took 3-4 days for the bloodwork to reach the doctors office. I will still go here, but probably not for something where immediate results are needed.

This is the worst lab I have ever seen. I got a bloodwork and I took an appoinment for it. Even though I got an appoinment , the women at the help desk forgot to call me. And I have to wait over one hour !!! She was so rude and tepid. She didnt say to me even good morning... Their phone system is terrible too. I called them for the results but I couldnt access anybody. Just answer machine talks but I couldnt talk with a real person...

Terrible.... just not nice. Rude. EXPECT Problems there. Miss hit, Bruising, Attitude, Indifference, & not professional. Dont expect a copy of your blood work even though you fill out the stupid forms. Poor Phones & Computers. I think they get scripts on a fax !

I had blood work done today by Roma. I felt no pain at all and there was no bruise when I removed the band aid. She did the best job I ever had.
