Sad to see so many bad reviews. Thought Id share my experiences. Ive been having lab work done at this Quest for about 4 years now. Im always greeted with a welcoming smile by the staff. Out of all the times Ive been there, Ive only seen the waiting room "full" (5 patients including myself) once. Every other time there have been 1-3 people ahead of me when I arrive. You basically check yourself in too which is awesome! I absolutely HATE having blood work done and avoid it as much as possible. The staff understand my fear and anxiety about it and treat me with respect and kindness. I wouldnt think about going anywhere else. Im always in and out in 10 mins or less and the staff knows what they are doing so I dont have to get stuck a million times. I usually go between 12 and 1 on my lunch break and I still have time to eat before or after. Thank you Quest for making my absolute least favorite task quick, painless, and bearable. And to anyone who complains about waiting.... Make an appointment with them if you are concerned about waiting too long.

They dont even deserve the one star I gave them. They need more space so they can have more employees to get more people in and out in a timely fashion. Was there this past Friday for a drug test and waited for 2 hours just to pee in a cup!

Sat in the office for twenty minutes without being greeted. Instead the receptionist gossiped about her manager to a coworker. Plenty of of other locations to go to, avoid this one
