Went in this afternoon to get my blood drawn, and I believe the reviews above are completely false, or they had changed their ways. But I had a great experience (unfortunately I wasnt able to get the phlebs name) she was kind, professional, and quick. I was greated with my first name after I had signed in, had a conversation while my blood was drawn, and as I left they wished me a good day by name. They also drew the correct tubes, with the correct about, and it was a clean painless stick. Hope people see this and see that this place isnt as was described by previous reviewers... At least not anymore. Thank you :)

Zero stars Quest is the worst. Literally half the times I go they do something wrong and I need to take time to go back again another time. The staff are okay sometimes and downright useless most of the time. They were slow and rude in South Windsor so I went to Vernon and its closed due to an electrical problem. Overall low quality Im not sure I can trust their test results

I had blood taken here about a month ago and my experience was great! I was in and out very quickly for a weekday morning. My phleb. was very friendly as we talked about pocketbooks, our childrens sports and the cost of equipment. I bruise easily when having blood drawn, however she was so gentle and hit just the right spot I had zero bruising!!

If I could give a negative review, I would. The staff are rude, inefficient and seem incredibly unqualified. I had heard bad things about Quest Diagnostics-- specifically that they lack professionalism and know-how. These rumors were confirmed upon my visit. I will not be coming back and implore anyone not to go here. Disgusted.

Bethany is very prejudice against people with special needs. She was so rude, I have never seen anyone mistreat someone with special needs the way she did. It was so appalling and hard to watch.

Cant talk to a person on the phone. Cant talk to a person in the lobby. Waited in the lobby for about an hour and didnt even get half way down the list.
