There are times when routine is just how life is. But when life take that sudden turn, we pray that we have all available resources on our side. Whether major or minor if this involves your child, the emotional toll is always greater. We unfortunately are going through one such moment in our lives right now and Reliant medical would not come through for us when we really needed them. They claimed to have booked an appointment for that day, but gave us a wrong date.The appointment had been booked for a completely different date. When we went in they apologized and did nothing past that. The Dr for curtesy sake would not even see us, because she was behind on her schedule. There was only one more patient in the lobby and all we asked for was for 15 minutes. The nurse who came out was absolutely rude and was not at all concerned about what we were going through. All she cared was the fact that she had a bunch of phone calls to make and could not spare the time for us. We also had been waiting for the test results for our child and when I called the nurse claimed that she would have some one call back, but no guarantees because it was a Friday. We never got that call. They never took in account our plight and the stress we were subject to and all that mattered to them was the fact that they needed to get out on time that day. Talk about coming through when we really need them. I am now changing doctors and sincerely hope Reliant medical will one day fix their priorities and put patients ahead of their workload. Dont let the bottom dollar be the core of all your decisions.

I suffer from Acid Re-flux and Migraines, and they wont get me to the right specialists, so I can get this resolved in stead I was told "nothing more we can do for you." being in the medical profession my self I know there is more that can be done, and testing, I was told those test wont work. So I left my job do to my headaches but they wont sign a disablitly form. So I cant collect and provide for my two children. Then when I called about a sever cold, first after telling the first person that answered she then put me on hold for a good 20mins to a half hour for the nurse to tell me "we cant see you, go to a ready med" really with so many other locations and you can see me or find a location where I can be seen. So I pay more to go to Ready Med, and I will forward a bill to them. Horrible people, dont get here and look for another DR. ASAP!!!!

My son saw his pediatrician and when i told her about testing for adhd she said he would have other symptomsthan i described.after going for a second opinion.i was right and not only did he have adhdhe had anxiety,sib,mild tourettes etc.she had seen him since birth.i dont recommend dr. Joan mcdonagh

Receptionist is extremely rude. She was actually eating snacks at her station.
