My experience didnt get past the phone call. A 2 hr wait just to have the nurse call back?!? And of course the priority is making sure all the ins info is correct, not the well being of the patient. I called at 9am btw. So needless to say by the time the nurse called back my son had ibuprophen in him and the pain subsided so he no longer wanted to go see the doc. And actually, if it took 2 hrs, on the dot ( Yes, call back was at 11am) for a nurse to call back, how long would the wait be when we got there? The last time we used urgent care my out of pocket was over $1,000!!!!!! bcbs ppo does not recognize this facility in any catagorys. Emergency room is $75. Soooooo......my options are wait hrs at home while I watch my son in pain or go to emergency. I guess its time to look for new drs. too bad, liked my sons dr, but dont need to be treated like a AAA member. People are a little more important than cars.Dont let that star deceive you. Had to give u 1 just to post this

This office (and whole entire practice) will force you to have medical procedures done and call, call, call and keep calling you until youre fed up with their phone harassment to make you make an appointment to have what they say needed done. After you go in, they will WACK you with a hefty bill WITHOUT your knowledge and now youre stuck with a bill you cannot pay because they HARASSED you and would not stop calling. RELIANT MEDICAL GROUP SUCKS! Time to find a new dr office after almost 20 years!

I was not even happy at all with fitchburg eye doctor that lady have no patience with kids an that was second time she yell at my daughter idk how she can be a doctor then tell me if my daughter have any problem go see someone else
