First of all I waited one hour then the technician ( Marcel ) asked if I was frustrated instead of saying he was sorry for the wait and it escalated from there to the point that I had to walk out and go to Lab Corp who took me in and drew my blood that took 10 minutes total. The person at Quest needs to take a coarse in common courtesy. Myself or my family will never go back to Quest while that person is still employed.

It was my first time getting blood taken and im terrified of needles, the ladies there were so nice and assured me they do this all the time and are very good at it. She banded my arm and next thing i know she told me its over, I didnt feel a thing.
