Arrived early for my appointment. Tried providing sample however they would not accept my first sample because it was less than the 30 MLs required. Informed due to previous medical issues producing more is not something that is physically possible for me. I was told if I left the facility I would have to contact my employer for a new sample and come back another day. I had to sit in the lobby for about and hour and a half consuming water until I was able to try again. The woman who took my sample informed since I could only produce a small amount that I had to come out as fast as I could so they temperature could be right. I did as instructed but the woman was nowhere to be seen. I feel as though she was setting me up for failure. On top of that she made the comment "Now you will have to go all day". If she had listened to me in the first place she would realize that is not how my body works. Do they assume everyone going in for a drug test is guilty of doing drugs? On top of that they had me sign an with an electronic pen without washing my hands, very unsanitary!

Much nicer treatment than I got at the one in Nashua, where they treated me like a criminal. Lose points for all Quest locations because they have one of those annoying robot phone systems where you have to speak the answers - I hate those things!

Arrived 5 mins early for my 2 pm appointment. Everyone else waiting, about 6 walk -ins go ahead of me even though I made a 2pm appointment. Got called in at 2:45. Why even try to book an appointment if you get treated as a walk in?

Worst business I have ever dealt with... try to setup an appointment with them and you will understand why - no human can be reached, electronic appointment service doesnt work well, waste of time. It doesnt deserve any stars.
