Dr. Crow at SMG is a pathetic MD who saw me for an emergency ear/throat infection. He actually told me flat out he would not write me a prescription to clear a bad ear infection because he was being rated by the American Medical Association for distributing antibiotics and he needed to keep SMGs numbers up. At the end of the day, my best guess is he was hustling me for an agenda the AMA would defrock him for. I am an accomplished sales person-which is how I was able to get the truth out of him. Dr. Crow does not care about his patients. He cares about his ratings. Here is a rating for Dr. Crow. Thanks to Dr. Crow, I had to go to another MD who called him a hack and said I could have had serious inner ear damage without the Zithromax. He should be reported to the AMA. The people who guide people like him need to be called out or we will simply make sure the tools like Dr. Crow are recognized for their contributions. I will be posting on Dr. Crow four until the Crow flies or caws.

Dr Kouser, the staff of nurses, and the front desk are fantastic! Efficient and caring. I have moved out of state and will continue to drive back here to keep this team. A great PCP that genuinely cares about their patients is not easy to come by. I have never had a problem with paying my bill here and they helped me after an insurance mix up. Overall a great facility, one stop for everything!

This is a great medical group. Clean, well run, organized, efficient. I feel as though the medical team cares about my health and my experience. They are flexible and willing to work with me as a patient. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I LOVE my usual doctor, but had to see her associate, Dr. Gottlieb. Rudest doctor Ive ever met in my life! Horrible Horrible experience, left very upset. Front desk and nurses are always fabulous!
