This is the worst place Ive ever been in regards to medical facilities. The first time I went there, they lost the diagnostic code and the woman who took my blood looked at my tattoos and said that I was "so weird" and why would I get them. (I kid you not thats what she said) So then, I go back a year later and once again, they lost the diagnostic code again, but the front desk guy was very nice about it. However, after 3 sticks, the phlebotomist couldnt take my blood, which happens sometimes so I honestly would have been understanding about it...If she didnt then proceed to tell me that it was basically my fault. She started talking about how if you "think" they wont get blood or youre too nervous, then they wont. Ive been getting poked and prodded for diabetes since I was a child so it obviously wasnt some huge fear I had. I was pretty shocked instead of just sending me on my way, I was told that it was pretty much my own fault. I will never go back here. Only competent person seems to be the front desk staff.
