Called to ask about a receipt that my son was given at his visit, wanted to check to make sure they have both his insurance information. The woman , Sharon, who answered the call could not have been any ruder. The horrible attitude and condescending tone in her voice was very upsetting. When requested to be transferred to her supervisor she asked why and when told her because I did not like her attitude she started apologizing in an even more rude manner. Not interested in this kind of fake apology. She slammed the phone and hang up instead of transferring.

Walked in with my baby and was given some of the worst service and attitudes. After sticking a needle into my daughter arm they refused to draw blood because it was too hard for them and she was "too worked up". Of course she is a baby who was just poked with a needle. They then gave me back my paperwork and told me to take her "where cancer patients go" because "they have more experience." They then began to treat me like I was a bad parent. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Treated like a dog! This place is a shame, people are rude and the front desk - Barbara - is lazy. They close at 4pm, but when its 3:30 they start kicking people out of the door saying they have too much work and they wont be helping anybody else today. Barbara said "They dont pay me to work after 4" and literally sent people in the waiting room out of the door! I saw a pregnant woman crying because she need her exam but had to leave. Stay away from this hell hole!

This place has terrible hours for people that have jobs.. The woman at the front desk was so rude and after waiting for a half hour it turns out that they dont do certain tests until 10am.. MOST people are at work during that time. The test I needed took 2min tops and she refused to serve me because there were a bunch of burn outs that needed blood tests for probation. Thanks for being a complete waste of my time.

I dropped off a specimen to be analyzed. I was informed that the doctors office didnt complete the faxed for and give them directions. Sheila was incredibly helpful and caring. She even called the doctors office for me and called me back twice. I would recommend this Quest location to everyone. Service was both excellent and caring.

I read the other reviews here before I arrived, so I was prepared. I show up during the lunch hour for a walk-in urine drug screening, I was greeted by a very friendly and funny lady who was leaving at the time , but was handled by Shannon. She was very friendly, courteous and professional. Great experience.

Not only did they not forward my labs to my dr, they lost them and it took an hour to locate. Then to fund out they did not do the correct ordered tests and I had to go back (not to the same site) to redo my labs. Wth
