The staff are unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. A patient had an appointment scheduled, with confirmation, and they didnt honor her appointment. Then the staff continued to talk about this patient, in a negative manner, behind her back to other patients. The lady whos appointment was disregarded by the staff was taken in only after she went to the staff 15 mins after her appointment time. As an on seer of this behavior I will not be back.

I can not believe how bad the customer service is at this Quest! Staff are rude, talk about other patients behind their backs after they leave so everyone in waiting room can hear. They made faced and rolled their eyes at questions asked. Wouldnt wait for patient to try again to pee for test....kicked him out because had to go on lunch. Absolutely HORRIBLE!

There is no phone number to contact the lab with a "live person" instead of automated voice on prompts. The prompts are limited and I even tried the one to make an appointment and still did not speak to a person!? So, you basically have to drive to lab and hope they received the fax from your doctors office. Customer service needs help.
