Only writing this to say the 1 star review is unfair and inaccurate. I went there after reading the review expecting a miserable experience. Instead I was greeted by an impeccably clean waiting room and phlebotomy room. The admissions admin was friendly, curtious and extremely professional. The phlebotomist was also friendly, curtious and extremely professional. The whole experience from walking in the door to walking out was 8 minutes long. Seriously? Give credit where credit is due, these folks dont deserve a 1 star review, they are 5 star all the way.

Very convenient morning hours. Clean, quiet "waiting room" though my wait was about 1 minute. I was in and out the door in 3 minutes total for routine bloodwork. Excellent phlebotomist. Very friendly staff. A++

The service is really slow. For the minimal of patients in this office, it took me 45 minutes to be seen. Mind you, there was only 2 people ahead of me. Quest needs to improve this process.
